Jeff in parts and service just gave me top notch customer service. He saved me a trip to the shop just by talking to me about my issue and walking me thru steps on how to possibly fix it myself. I greatly appreciate the time he took to help me out, as well as appreciate the money he saved me by avoiding an actual stop at the service bay. I've been going to sun city off and on for years and the service desk staff are always awesome.

Great service team! Diagnosed the problem with my truck quickly and kept me well informed. The service shuttle driver was friendly and got me where I needed to go quickly and safely. Then picked me up again when my truck was ready.

Just had the best experience at Sun City that I've ever had at any dealership! Sure it was just an oil change but they got my vehicle in right away, gave me a quick ride to work, text message updates about when the vehicle will be ready, quick phone call about the air filter and the low battery on the key fob, then a text message when it was done in like 45mins! Then a follow up text that the shuttle was on its way. SUPER friendly staff the whole time, whole experience was 1hr and 20mins and I was back to my day! Cheers Sun City Ford

I have been looking for a new Expedition via several dealers for several months and it was Sun City Ford that found me tge exact vehicle that I wanted. Dealing with Given Macphail at Sun City was a pleasure, he could not do enough for me to ensure the purchase went smoothly. We recently traded in our Nissan for a Ford Explorer and Teresa was fantastic to work with. No pressure, very laid back. Was a great experience working with her. Highly recommend dealing with her. And Carla in the Finance office was fantastic too. She laid out the options but didn't pressure us into anything. I feel they both worked at getting us the best deals on vehicle and insurance. But without the pressure. Highly recommend both of these women to work with.
