Found a little dwarf hamster at this nice little pet store. The owner helped me learn all about hamsters and what to look for for a friendly hamster for my daughter turning 12. He had a small selection of young hamsters but he knew how to choose the right ones for a family pet. “Cotten” spends much of her time interacting with the family and has been the best friend of my daughter for a year now. Sorry about the late review; I’ve always recommended you though. Your service offered a nice interaction for the purchase of an adorable family pet.

Went here today, the customer service was great and the prices couldn't be beat. It was very refreshing to go to a store with very knowledgeable stuff who had time to give one on one attention to his customers, especially to a novice like myself. Would highly recommend to anyone who has any animals that outside the range of dogs and cats:)

We go to this shop regularly as there aren't many people who understand or carry supplies for exotic pets. The owners are friendly and sooo helpful. Great local small business. Would highly recommend them !!

Drove 2 hours to go to a few pet stores we knew of to find Yo-yo loaches for my mom and unfortunately didn’t find any. Took a chance and called this store in hopes of a miracle. They didn’t disappoint. We got 3 healthy and happy fish. Wish we would have known about you guys sooner! It’s a shame you’re closing down! Best of wishes and thank you for making my moms birthday gift come to life!

Super knowledgeable! Thank you for answering all my questions without making me feel pressure to actually like snakes! I'm trying to carve a creature I don't know a thing about so I dropped in and chatted and even though Western Hognose Snakes aren't available, or even allowed in Nova Scotia, I got some key info that helps me feel confident in moving on with the project.

Bought feeder rats from here because the guy insisted they were exactly the same as fancy rats and could be kept as pets. One died a week after purchasing the other had an upper respiratory infection and lice. Came back to buy another rat and it had intestinal parasites. Also the store is DANK (not in the good way) it's insanely humid and the walls are crumbling and covered in mildew. This place has really gone down hill definitely would not recommend.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. I have never met a more rude man while inquiring about reptiles for the first time in my life. Be prepared for an egotistical inconsiderate store owner who only cares if you’re spending a considerable amount of money.
