Great Service acurate on time.as with any dealership the price will be a bit premium,,,but worth it when the cost of non trained mechanic missing something.

A very unfortunate experience for me here today, I can't say I would ever go back.I recently bought a 2003 Subaru Outback. I had a private mobile mechanic inspect the vehicle for me prior to purchase and the mechanic identified three primary issues:1. check engine light on with 02 sensor code P00512. Vehicle alignment required3. Loose heat shield causing rattling noise in front.I went into the Subaru service centre this morning and explained the three issues, excited to be driving back to Squamish with a problem free new car before the holidays!Once the car was finished being serviced I was shocked to find that nearly nothing had been done. The three issues that I brought up were handled in the following manner for a total bill of $285.17.1. I was re-informed of the 02 sensor code fault and charged $157 for the diagnostic. When I asked if they had fixed the 02 sensor I was told that they did not have the correct part.2.The vehicle needed an alignment due to play in the front left inner tie rod, but again, they did not have the correct parts in stock to solve the problem.3. Finally I was told that the heat shield had indeed been repaired with a 21S hose clamp" costing $3.50. The labour for the heat shield adjustment was $78.50.I left the Subaru dealership feeling confused and embarrassed. Trying to see the positives of the situation (like my dad always tells me to do) I told myself that I had learned a lesson:I told myself that next time I would do the proper research to get the best bang for my buck. I told myself that I would share my experience with others to help them avoid similar treatment. I told my myself: "At least my car still starts and drives without noticeable issue..."Twenty minutes later

A large service centre. Facility seems to be clean. Service advisors are professional and courteous. Online service booking is easy to use. They would order Uber to pick up or drop off (free of charge) upon request. There is a TV, free coffee and wi-fi, but there is no waiting lounge. You will have to walk over to the sales building to use the lounge there, which is a bit of an inconvenience. At the lounge, there is a free phone (I think) and some magazines to read, but there is no phone charger.

Staff was friendly, quick and helpful. They followed up when my car was ready for pickup.
