Budget Car Rental

Completely disappointing. Budget charged me $20 more a day for the same vehicle than the neighboring booth of National Car Rental. Then at checkout, overcharged me $97, when I called to ask for the price match and refund for the overcharge the staff member was rude talking over me and unhelpful. Finally, days later a corrected receipt was emailed - still awaiting refund.

This is the worst rental company, the cars are old and the service was Bad. We rented a car that was not clean and we signed inspection slip and months later we received an e mail from Harold Daumount the mangerOur flight was delayed and my wife waited over 1 hour to get a Car Any customer should make a complaint direct to Budget Head office The car was dirty and the staff Harold was unprofessional & Rude.

The only reason they get one star is because I can’t leave zero! This was sitting on the desk almost an hour later no one called me back or even showed up! Don’t waste your time just go right next to them and use Hertz! Their manager answered the phone AND came in when they were closed to rent me a car! Budget is garbage!I would like to respond to your reply, I called and left several messages. I even spoke to you the day before advising that I was flying in. There was no answer as I was on a plane and you didn’t leave a message. Secondly, that sign was up when I arrived. You state you close at 7, yet I arrived at the desk before 7! Hertz came back to the airport to provide the customer service you failed to. Not to mention blaming a customer is very poor service. I stand by my review and reading through some of the other reviews, it appears this is a common service practice.

Had a corporate reservation with the airport budget office. Showed up on time there was no one at the desk just a sign saying they would be back half an hour before each departure. We waited over an hour departures came and went they never showed up so we had to switch to national car rentals which was much better. Highly don’t recommend budget unless you like waiting for bad service.

Staff went over and above to accommodate my vehicle needs. I have been going here for 3 years and have had nothing but positive interactions.Thank you to your staff!

I have been renting cars here for 4 years and I am trying to get a return phone call about a billing concern and nobody is willing to call me back. I have left several messages but nobody will call back. Might be time to switch agencies.
