Great company awesome staff

Always friendly service here .. the set me up in a nice corner so I could take the day to rummage through my storage locker.

Just went by the Sidney location and the woman working was extremely rude. Acted as if we were an inconvenience. I had requested an email price list not too long ago, and just wanted to swing by to get a visual on what the options were, delivery costs, etc. When I had mentioned already getting a price list email she responded “then I don’t know what you want from me. Or why you’re here.” She also said some sizes wouldn’t be available until the new year. Didn’t mention if it was just that location, or all of them. If that’s what customer service is like at all locations, I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Moving and storage is stressful enough, without adding having to deal with someone who could careless. Customer service is hard, but there’s no need to be so rude when we were just inquiring.

Best storage facility in the island

This is a great serviced and ran storage company. As a mover who deals with a lot of storage companies, I can't speak enough good things about these guys

Friendly staff, good prices and easy to use storage facility.

Just went by the Sidney location. Absolutely unhelpful and rude. The women working seemed annoyed that we showed up to the yard. The gate was open and the office sign said open. We were the only people there. Is this not her job? I'll be renting and purchasing from someone else.

Great Staff and a very clean yard

Don’t use this Company, they charge me twice for moving out and when I called them asked to give me the refund back The lady she’is in charge of @ the front desk start flipping out she was so rude I cannot believe it anyway finally she agreed to send me a check,We received the check and then after we deposit the check the check bounce I tried calling them and explaining the check bounce and this lady she works at the desk she was so round start yelling and freaking out and she keeps hanging up on me I tried calling a few times after a few times she blocked my number,Basically it’s not worth it dealing with those people.they are private own they think they can do what ever they like.
