Extremely unprofessional and rude!I was asked to take the actual door to the store (south location)so they could cut door for the hinges to the exact shape and size.After dropping off the door at the store, I was told the new door will be ready by tomorrow.Instead of one day as promised, it took them five days to prepare a simple door (nothing fancy or custom).I asked for the delivery service instead of picking up from the store which costs about $80. The door came in with multiple issues. The cut for the hinges was a lot bigger than it needs to be and in a different shape (a five-year-old kid could cut it cleaner and better match to the existing than these so called professionals)I called the store and the guy talked to me like I know nothing about the door and this is a rocket science job which they are the only one who understand the door industry.I asked for a refund for the first time and instead, I was offered for a free installation of the delivered door which I don't understand why would someone pay for a garbage and take the offer to install the garbage for free!I asked for a refund for the second time and the guy said that they don’t have time to pick up the door in the same day and they cannot refund the money unless the have the door returned. Basically, they used my place as a storage for their garbage and didn’t refund the money as if I made the door wrong!I asked for refund for the third time and the guy yelled at me so loud over the phone that my wife could hear him yelling from 4 feet far.I tried to address the issue with the owner named “Sam”. He didn't even bother to return my phone-call/voicemail to apologize for the behaviour of his employee.Finally, after multiple calls and back and forth conversation with people at West location, I got my refund but never received any call or any message from the owners or managers for the improper behaviour of their employee. I assume they must accept and promote this kind of behaviour, and they probably do the same.

Prices and the process of ordering our interior doors was good.I am not sure how this company specializes in doors though. Ours had multiple dents on the corners and they even put the screws to lock the door for shipping where the hole/damage will be visible after installation... The door stops will NOT cover them so now we have to try and fix MDF which is an absolute pain to try and do.Thanks...

I should have read the reviews first... All the bad reviews here I have experienced with my first purchased with this company. I ignored it and purchased 2 more doors with them, I thought maybe it's just one off. That was a big mistake. I was told that my order will be ready in 2 weeks. I waited for a month and all I got from calling them multiple times was I will call you back". I end up canceling the order because of this and they told me they could not find my doors inside their warehouse.Buyers beware! This company has no sense of customer service after you paid for your doors. They just don't take care of you after that."

Brought interior doors for my house, shivam did very good job suggesting the doors and moulding. Really appreciate their help. Best place to go for interior doors, staff is really friendly.

Initially the experience was great, doors we wanted and decent priced. Now we can see why and wish we would have read prior reviews. We purchased interior doors as well as a show room exterior door. The exterior door was a final sale and advised it needed a custom jam made. We accepted the door as is as it was beautiful and no flaws.We showed up to pick up our order only to have a few of the items actually ready for pick up. The custom jam turned into multiple weeks delay and missing shipment not once but twice from their warehouse as it was left unassembled off to the side we were told. When we expressed how unacceptable this was they were magically able to find us a spare jam from another door that could fit. We then had the exterior door machined to fit at which point they gouged the paint right in the middle. Only for them to now say you bought the door as is. We even asked for a paint code so we could try to have it matched.They would always answer and advise I’ll find out and call you back. Return calls never happened.Beyond frustrating and I would not use nor recommend this company.

Bad customer service , doesn’t know how to talk to customers especially owner.I would suggest all the builders or consumers dont ever go to this place

Good selection, good prices. The baseboard I ordered was delivered a day late, not ideal but acceptable. However the bifold closet doors I ordered, I was told would be a week to come in. I came in 10 days later and they still weren't in, then was told they would be in Friday. Went back the following Monday and they still weren't there, I had to drive to the Southside location to pick them up or continue to wait for them. Cost me time and money driving around.

I should have also read the reviews before, we have our own renovation company and ordered custom size interior doors. First it was a nightmare to get them on time as promised, then they came in the sizes we ordered, but not custom made just cut down ( we could have done that ourselves) then they promised us to get us the right doors in a week! We are still waiting for a call back after weeks! Our customer not impressed, they paid for custom doors, but didn’t get custom doors because they were sick and tired of waiting, they wanted us to install the wrong doors. Also ordered hardware we paid deposit for it but never got. Also tried to get a quote for an exterior patio door, even with sending in a picture what we want, we got the wrong quote! Very bad customer services. Never going back there. Not even worth one star

I was looking for a lock for the main door and surprised to see the line of products they carry. While i was waiting for the rep, i started checking out their showroom, really liked their concept and end up buying couple barn style doors for our laundry. Impress with the variety and quality of stuff.
