Just wanted to send a big thank you to End of the Roll installer Jeremy, who recently completed a carpet installation for me. He was right on time, very pleasant and competent and did a terrific job! Great attention to detail, I will request him again!

I would like to thank Mark Green for a flawless start to finish rug install during the summer. Mark was most willing to answer our endless list of questions in a timely manner. He set up all the install dates which occurred on the days and times as specified.I would also like to thank the installers Kyle, Rocco and Todd. Very friendly, professional, helpful and reliable. Their carpet laying skills were simply amazing. Voluntarily moved a couple of pieces of heavy furniture and also allowed me the time to vacuum up the old under pad dust once the old carpets were pulled up.Again, a big thank you to all of you for a wonderful experience. Service excellence!

I want to say how impressed I was with the service from End of the Roll. Myrna, my sales person was simply a delight. Funny, kind and good at her job, she made the experience a pleasure. Jeremy, my installer was excellent. A great work ethic, pride in his work and a great attitude, I was so grateful to have him doing the install. Make sure to ask for him on your install! Jeremy installed a vinyl floor for us and went above and beyond to do a meticulous job of the flooring and not only that went above to communicate well and be helpful. Highly recommend Jeremy at end of the roll!

I was impressed that Bob came to the house outside of work hours.I was also impressed he had clear and actuate measurements from a phone call.Bob then rechecked room measurements and explained the details to our contractor.Though delivery has yet to be delivered ( I'm writing review in advance) I suspect Bob knows exactly what he is talking about and knowledgeable.A really good experience with Bob and End Of The Roll.Thanks.

Overall great experience at End of the Roll selecting and installing a new carpet for a basement bedroom. Adrian, was both knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the carpet and underlay, while Jeremy did a great job installing and even shave down the bottom of the door to ensure it didn’t rub!

Have used End of the Roll many times and always fantastic service.Bob and Sokol went out of thier way to make things work for my upcoming flooring project.Thank you.

Fantastic experience here. I got the perfect advice and I couldn’t be happier with the results. We had a challenging basement to floor, and the recommended product was the perfect solution.

We had new floor installation in 2016 for whole floor of the previous house.The guy who installed the floor was rude and didn't do good job at all. (You guys can see the all other reviews how he treats customers).I am writing this because we had an issue when we sold the house.The floor was NOT flat and made squeaky sound, which was worse than the previous floor we had. The main reason we had the new floor installation was the squeaky sound.When they have an issue, just ignore it and DO NOT help customers to solve the issues.Looks like, some other customers had the same experiences.They do a good job .. everything looks great. However, there is any issue with them... nothing happens for customers, which was my experience. Customers have to solve the problem by themselves.
