Innova Orthodontics

As an adult, it was encouraged by my hygenist and dentist to get braces as the crowding of my teeth was getting worse each year. Innova was recommended to me by a friend.The office is nicely designed and the staff is great. The assistant, Amanda, is very friendly, helpful and pleasant. I noticed Amanda working with a child patient and was impressed at how at ease the child was with her. Dr Louie was very thorough during my consultation in explaining what I needed to have done and all my options. Dr Mah was there for one of my wire changing appointments, and he was friendly and efficient.The equipment seems modern and high tech. Namely, the X-ray machine, where it is digital and an image shows up quickly on a screen.I would highly recommend Innova to anyone thinking of getting orthodontics done.

Wonderful, amazing staff that always made me feel welcomed. They always had a smile on their face and did an amazing job fixing my daughter’s teeth! Very happy with everything. Would recommend to everyone!

I gave her one star because there's no negative stars in the rating.She does not do her homework before starting treatment. She does not take responsibility and blames the patient for her short comings.Save your money, time and more important your teeth and go with a proper specialist.

My 5 year old daughter went to see Dr Louie for an early assessment because she had one of her top front adult tooth come in of an irregular shape. And as she has a cross-bite, we wanted to be a bit proactive to learn what steps may be required as her adult teeth come in.Dr Louie did a digital X-Ray to review all of her teeth and gave great treatment advice. Dr Louie is detailed and explains things clearly.I highly recommend this orthodontics practice for children as the office is inviting and staff are friendly.

Wonderful experience. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My results also came out good. The orthodontist that helped me was professional and designed a plan based on my problems :) I would definitely recommend .
