The account manager named Gore is the worst I have ever seen. Do not open any account with him or you would be as regretful as I am.He will ghost on you soon as your account is setup, e.g. asking for a personal net worth statement.

Stay away. Your money will be lost, stolen, and misplaced into other accounts. If you have a loan, they will certainly send your account up to collection even when receiving payments on time. My bank handed me the receipts of all the payments yet, they reported to the credit bureau that havent received any payments for a period of a year. Thats right i had a 95 points of my credit score dropped.

Worst Bank ever! Poor management!!

Drove half way across town because their website said they were open until 6:00 on Friday. NOPE! Only till 4:00. All of the other branches have corrected the new time slots but not this branch. Not very professional.

Seriously the worst bank ever. The lineups are always long and the staff are lazy and have the worst customer service. I don’t undestand why anyone would want to bank with BMO

I'm shocked there are so many negative reviews. I would like to thank Alex for this branch. I deposited a check a week ago, but the ATM went wrong that day. Alex came over to help and promised to contact the ATM department to find and deposit the check. Received a call from Alex last Friday, saying that the inventory has not been completed, and the results will be available in a few days. It makes me feel safe that they are really following up and fixing my issues. Second call came in today telling me that the check was found and entered. I checked that the balance has been updated. I would say their problem solving attitude is professional and customer oriented.Jane
