Looking forward to grand opening! Already had a great experience in the store with selling some clothes my nieces and nephews no longer wear. I felt like I got a very reasonable price and the staff were so friendly. Also got to take a quick peak around the store and will definitely be back to do some shopping! The staff are so friendly and approachable. The owner took time to explain to me how the process works and was such a pleasure to deal with. I am so happy Kamloops finally has a Once Upon A Child!

So great to have this place in town! Everything is clean and amazingly priced and I even got cash for some shoes my little outgrew. Staff were friendly and helpful. Love supporting a local business and one that encourages sustainability!

Asked them to bring a stroller we barely used Graco brand and asked us to bring and then they say they don't have the capacity to hold and says that they can't accept only a stroller. We made it all the way here because the confirmed. Poor customer service and information.

Unbelievable store and staff. The owner was so kind and knowledgeable in helping me out. Blessed to have this store finally here and with such great people bringing it to Kamloops. Can’t wait for future visits!
