The place was empty and quiet and still our orders were made completely wrong. We asked for a double teen combo with fries + drink, double buddy with cheese combo with fries and a Reg. frozen root beer and 2 double buddy with cheese combo with onion rings and a Reg. frozen root beer. Only one was wrung up as a combo, even after we stated several times that there was 3 in total. All the burgers were missing a patty, the frozen root beers were half full and a fry was swapped with an extra onion ring....which were very undercooked/cold and heavily seasoned only on one side.

Worst service ever. I asked for onion rings, got fries. And as they gave me fries you would think I would get ketchup or something. Not! Line up slow, food cold. I guess Wendy's will get my business from now on. I went to A&W for the Onion rings.

Something has changed... I go here 2 or 3 times a month. Onion rings are undercooked today. Last Saturday the English muffin was not toasted. And please check the Rootbeer mix.... it's off.I would have gone to the A&w website and let them know... but no receipt given.What a coincidence...This is how you lose customers guys.

This A&W was so empty, I thought it was closed at first. Perfectly nice employees but the onion rings were very undercooked and unevenly seasoned. The machine to pour yourself a pop didn't have an option for ice, and my Diet Coke had a faint root beer flavour. I understand now why this A&W is so quiet!

I forgot my wallet at home today, between the card I had and the change I found in my truck I was about $.50 short for the lunch I wanted. I offered to pay them back the next day, the manager told me they cannot do that.They did not suggest a smaller sandwich which I did not think of either. So I left her a $10 tip on those french fries. I hope this manager feels good about her choices and is able to help the next 10 people who are short a few cents with my donation.

Food is usually fantastic, but this was a disappointing experience. There was one person working the counter during the dinner rush, and I don't think the were the normal counter staff, or they were very new. They mumbled everything, and did not communicate very well. I don't think there was enough staff in back either. Service was very slow and our food was barely warm when we got it. And they absolutely nuked the onion rings with seasoning, so could only eat the few on the bottom that hadn't been ruined. The root beer was fine though! I get that a lot of places are having a hard time keeping staff, but if you can't manage your busiest times of the day, you should just close. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident.

Food was fine but drive thru definitely has priority. If you dine in you can wait a long time to be served.

$65 for four combos. One pop was 3/4 full. No straws.Guy didn't offer a tray for four pops until I just looked at him. Fries were cold. Pop was flat. No wonder there were only two other customers there. What an expensive mistake.

I finally was able to try the beyond meat burger. I was surprised that it didn't have much of a flavour but that's a good thing and you could really taste the toppings. It was also softer than meat burger. I would get it again.As for the restaurant, it's a bit smaller than other locations. It wasn't busy when I went and got my food quick.
