Monkey staff insure packages arrive sometime in the next month

Staff are always helpful and awesome. I do all my postal services at this location. I am thankful to have experienced staff who can assist and make recommendations when shipping.

Going to start avoiding websites or companies that delivery using Canada post, this shipping company is just embarrassing.

This is actually a really good location where the staff are friendly. Can't exactly say the same for the 8th Street & Preston location.

In contrast to the rest of the reviews, I've experienced nothing but friendly and helpful staff at this location! I've been shipping packages from this location for a long time, and the staff always help me find the best priced option for my delivery time. There are shipping supplies and boxes of all sizes for sale here - they may seem pricy, but they're the best quality out of anywhere I've bought for my business (the expensive tape is ALWAYS worth it, trust me). After visiting this Canada Post location regularly, I decided to rent a PO Box here, and the mail is never shoved into the box! If it's slightly too big for the box they always choose to leave a note and you can pick it up from the counter.As with every Canada Post, the prices will always be a little higher than you expect and diverted parcels may take an extra day to arrive, but this Canada Post location has excellent service and is by far my favourite.

today, I was gonna return my parcel and it was my first experience. The post employee treated me very insultingly and impatiently because I am not good at english and she had to explain me more than one time. I will never go to this branch again (8th street/Shoppers drug mart).

This is not about the particular branch, but the whole Canada Post services.This is 2nd time I have not received my package from Amazon, and it's returned to post office.in status it's says they try to attempt delivery, but I was at the address, and I am sure they have not tried, maybe because it's large package(but you are charging enough to deliver package with it's size), and now asking me to pickup from the location.why should anyone buy online? to get item at their door step..!!! but whenever I get to know it's delivery by Canada Post, I have to forget about the product, as I am sure they will not gonna deliver it.*worst ever Shipping services...*
