They get 1 star cause I can't give them less. Avoid this place at all costs. Said i had eight cavities. Got a second opinion.... Need 1 minor filling. Scam artists

As we come to the latter half of 2022, many of us reflect on the blessings we have received during this year. How grateful I am that I can cite my experience with Dr. Ehsan and staff at Tooth Corner as among my blessings! From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of Dr. Ehsan and the pleasant environment of the offiice itself. Dr. Ehsan inspires the utmost confidence by his smile which is so comforting that it seems apt to describe it as extending from sea to shining sea" and by his wealth of knowledge

I made an appointment 1 month ago for my son, a receptionist called me to tell me it had to be rescheduled as “her system was down” waited 2 weeks for her to call me back with a new appt , decided to call back and make one myself. My appointment was at 4 pm & I had called earlier in that day to confirm my insurance plan, the receptionist told me to come at 3:30 as the densit I had an appt with was sick so I would be seeing a different one. Showed up at 3:25 for my appointment and the door was locked. Sign on the door says please call this number if it is locked. I called maybe 10 time and no answer. Waiting for over half an hour. Please don’t even waste your time ! I took time off work to bring my son to the dentist and wasn’t even called to be informed my appointment was canceled.

If I could give a - star I would. They don’t listen when it comes to benefit submitting that they don’t Doo right and they basically blame you for not doing it right when they do it but don’t and when you ask for a copy of the receipt they just give you a payment receipt and then say you didn’t ask for the right one but you did.Then when you make a phone call and leave message they don’t return the call and when you do get a hold of them they basically tell you you lied about calling them. There are more dentist out there and people should really read the reviews of this company’s to get the real story about their customer service. Yes I was one of their first customers when they opened and there was no reviews but I don’t just post reviews on my first visit I wait for awhile and then post reviews. So if you have benefits just don’t pay their bill until you get reimbursed from your Benefit company so if you have to wait they have to wait also and if you don’t get paid they don’t get paid so they will work hard on doing their part of the job right and not blame you or the benefit company.Call the benefit company Twice and asked if they received the electronic copy and was told no both times but was told by the secretary she had to resent him twice as she was speaking to me on the phone.All the girl could say was she sent it and that is all she had to do because they got paid from me and they didn’t care if I got reimbursed form the insurance company.So just make sure that I you have to wait or they want you to pay up front just don’t until you get paid from your Benefit company you don’t need to pay until you receive you reimbursement. Got a notice from my benefits 1.5 month after I receive my payment that I summited and received 3 week later then 1.5 after that the benefit company sent me a notice that they finally receive the receipt from the dentist office that was already paid for.So either this company lies or they summit their claim forms months after the patient pay them for the work done or they have a computer problem that they need to fix but don’t care because they get their money from the patients not the insurance company. So if you are thinking about trying this dentist there are a lot of better places to go.

We took our son who has cerebral palsy to this dentist and they are incredible from the assistant to the dentist so paitent and kind. I have never seen our son so comfortable with anyaany doctor. My husband has also been this will be our new family dentist for sure cant say enough good about them

Mt daughter needs 4 teeth pulled been a couple weeks and they still have done nothing. I am taking her to my dentist and we need the x-rays emailed but they still haven't sent them either. We have been calling and they do not answer the phone. Just leave your patients in pain. Don't go here it isn't worth it. How they behave is cruel.

The staff at tooth corner are amazing! The receptionist is great, was having an issue with my insurance but she got it all worked out. I offered to pay balance but she told me no they’ll wait for the insurance to come through. The doctor and assistant are really patient, I’m super nervous going to the dentist but they were great at keeping me calm. They answered all my questioned, I didn’t feel rushed. My whole family now goes here. Can’t say enough great things about them.

Worst experience at a dental office I’ve ever experienced. Was suppose to get a root canal and ended up loosing a tooth! She set everything, put metal thing around my tooth to prep for root canal and she broke my tooth off and I ended up getting the remainder of my tooth pulled!! I have been traumatized ever since. Self-esteem and confidence was ruined by this particular experience. Looking back I should have taken it further. A simple tooth ache turned into one of the worst experiences of my life….after taking pictures and doing full exam I trusted the dentist; but I will never trust one again.

My wife goes here. The receptionist is amazing and knowledgeable and polite. She does every thing she can to get her patients in on a timely manner. The dentists are straight forward and up front. The pay great detail to the fillings they do making sure everything looks the way it should. The assistant is amazing she works well to keep patients calm. Children love her and everything runs smoothe.

The hours are Mon Wed and Fri hours vary but open at 9 for administration only (no dentist). Tues, Thurs9-5, hours may vary for holidays and emergencies ........The dentist's and assistants are very polite. The new receptionist is amazing, she makes sure if there is an issue with insurance she does everything she can on her end and if they need the patient to get ahold if insurance to change information she informs them.
