I am living at the PH level. There were always people partying in the study room from Friday to Sunday until midnight, which seriously affected my sleep. And generally, they told they are authorized by the building manager. I tried to contact with the administration but got no answers. Hope the admin can improve this situation.updateCustomer service contacted me and promised to solve the issues. Nothing happened! I got no more respones from the customer service.....They provided a emergency number and the person told me she is not in charge of noise complain when I try to contact. There is still party out side, and I have to call 911 to fix this problem.

Lived here for two years until I had to move to Toronto due to work relocation this October, and loved the place. Wonderful views from the balcony, plenty of sunshine in the morning, within walking distance to groceries and school. CCTVs in the building so generally speaking pretty safe. And NO BEDBUGS OR COCKROACHES! Maintenance is generally speaking pretty in time -- you typically will get things fixed at the same day.The only flaw is that they don't have window screen installed, and sometimes in the summer there are hornets flying into the room.Honestly this building -- and CLV group -- outperforms most of the apartment companies I've dealt with in Toronto. Dear CLV group please run an apartment somewhere downtown Toronto. If you do I'd be more than happy to sign another lease with you guys.

I just moved in here and I'm loving it so far! The apartment complex has a lot of really great features like a gym, a pool, and a rooftop terrace in development. The location is fantastic; I have a beautiful view of Mount Royal and the building is right next to the McGill campus. My first impressions of my own apartment were really great. It was really clean, well designed, and affordable. This is my first time living away from home and I've had a great experience. The agent who helped me get settled was Marisa Stefanelli. She was extremely helpful and friendly. If you're a student in Montreal, I would definitely recommend looking for housing here.

I booked a tour with a leasing agent Lea Gascon at CLV group. it was a nice tour with Lea. She kindly explained many details to me, like how to search for home storage ideas by structuring items as a tool, while storing them at the same time. Her comments were helpful and reassuring about things like the safety of the balcony, socializing in the common terrace area and the maintenance that the company would do in case needed.It was a positive and refreshing tour and would like to thank Lea for her help.

I took a weekend and 2 week days off driving to Montreal to find an apartment for my daughter for the next semester. Marisa Stefanelli was quick to accommodate our showing times and was very pleasant to work with. Even though we did not end up renting from her (I would have if I were the one living there), I would still highly recommend Marisa. 625 Milton also seems like a wonderful place to live. Actually before Covid, that place was my daughter’s top choice.

Unjustifiably high rent...Cons:- Poor service (doorman is outright abusive)- Elevator is garbage,- The building is rundown/dirty.Pros:- Pool/Sauna- Nice view- Close to McGill/Downtown- McGill Pizza is in the lobby.

Apartment itself was pretty nice and solid. The issue is the management. Impossible to get in contact with. Took 2 months to actually sign the lease due to only responding every few weeks. I tried emailing and calling multiple times to any contact I could find. When I moved out I couldn’t speak to anyone about the process and what they expect of me. They ended up claiming I didn’t give notice that I didn’t want to renew. I’d say this is a deal breaker!

Lovely, modern, well-situated apartments and excellent service from Ron and crew. The leasing agent Lea was also super helpful and patient when I was searching for the right place.

Got nothing to say to this appartement and the reason for one star is that there’s no 0 star option. When I first moved in I thought a renovated apartment wouldn't be a nice place to live in. As a result, every day since winter, I can hear noise coming from the ceiling, which I think is caused by the duct work in the ceiling. I emailed the Resident Relations Administrator to get this problem fixed and she told me I would get someone to help me. By the way, you need to contact the manager of this apartment through this Resident Relations Administrator, which really confuse me. I sent the email on November 28th and this so called Administrator said she had told the manager, but no one came to solve my problem until now. (I live in 1908, other unites may not have the problems I encountered, but don't rent 1908, it's totally not worth it!)
