Want to Cry! waited all day to have someone come keep my sick kid so I may do a return. Got to reitmans Heartland only to find the door closed at 5:30pm but the sign on the door said 6. My heart sank with disappointment & anger as they laughed and fold. At 5:45 they left, leaving me to feel they closed earlier than 5:30. I have decided to drop this company. June 3rd Same thing with RW&CO HEARTLAND. Sign said opens 10am but no one was there until 11am. My time, my money to pay for gas to drive up there all for nothing. I just Can't. My suggestion find another location.

Lots of good deals they even have a husband's waiting room.

I visit the Heartland location frequently. Recently I've been having trouble finding black jeans that fit properly. I've tried in store and then also purchased online to buy a few pairs to try.I had to return an online order yesterday and when the employee asked the reason, I said it's the wrong size. Please consider placing a staff member at the store's entrance to manage shopper flow and capacity! It would reduce a lot of confusion for shoppers who are entering the store expecting they are allowed in, but are instead being rudely told off by staff to remain outside to wait. There is no problem with waiting one's turn to enter, but there is an issue when shoppers are not given information prior to entering and being confronted about stepping inside!

Got Good coat. But customer service needs improvement. We arrived around closing time and it seemed we were not so welcome. The lady at counter was rushing through things that she needed to take care off before closing and was totally not amused as we tried few coats. We bought a good one though

Today, I called first and asked for a particular design & colour & size. I specifically asked whether it was available in XL. Whoever picked up agreed. I drove all the way from Milton to Hartland for that particular top. When I reached there, I saw there were only XXL in that colour. When I asked that lady that she she told me that size was available… she said “Oh! I thought you said XXL”I’m sorry, There is a clear difference in hearing XL & XXL. She just wasted my time!!! This is NOT how sales work. Reitmans is a big name !

On a similar vein to a lot of customers, the store itself and clothing selection are fine. But there is one employee that makes me feel like I am commiting a crime by returning things I ordered online. She kept saying “this is why you shouldn’t buy online” over and over again, very condescendingly at that. I usually keep most of what I order from online but sometimes the sizes for certain collections don’t match my usual size so I have to return them. It’s just annoying to deal with her and her attitude, the store offers in-person returns for online offers…so maybe lose the attitude?

They are awesome. Never had difficulty in ordering or returning either. Very well priced and amazing sales too.

They've moved to a different location, and have not updated Google Maps. We went to the place only to not find it; checked with the neighbouring store and found out the hard way.

If I can give this store a 0 for customer service I would.Maria was handling the cash on her own while 4-5 people were waiting for her. She was amazing and very understanding of the situation since there were only two people working.Sana, who I assume is the supervisor on shift was too busy facetiming another store to complain about her POS system failing and about other work drama. Theres about 10 people in the store at this point. I had to call for her myself and there was no apology for the wait or treatment. I work in retail too and it looks terrible on the business to have someone be on the floor and ignoring customers. What a bad look on the store and on the brand! Wven when she helped us at the register she was still on the phone and I had to repeat my shipment order three times before she could place it. Extremely disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism.
