John came highly recommended from a family member and he did not disappoint. Purchasing a home in a new town was nerve wracking but he made it so much easier. He had a ton of local knowledge and really got an understanding for what we were looking for. Once we had decided on a home he guided us through negotiations that lead to an accepted offer. He helped organize home inspections, septic inspections and even a house cleaning prior to our move in. He is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

All the big decisions were ours to make, and he made sure we were comfortable when putting in offers. When we finally found a home, John was almost more excited than we were – he was really invested in our journey, and continues to stay in touch. He provided a wonderful housewarming gift, and helped us make connections with people he knows who have done renovations similar to the ones we want to do ourselves.
