Circumcision Kitchener - Gentle Procedures Clinic

The procedure for my infant was VERY quick. I went in super nervous and afraid. The staff reassured me everything would be ok, and the feeling was normal. I think us as parents have a more hard time than the babies! I know my fiancé and I had a hard time watching, but honestly it was so quick and my son didn’t really cry much ! And when he did he was distracted by the awesome sugar cubes and the sound of his mamas voice. Staff are super friendly! I would recommend this place!

Dr Kanu and his team are excellent. I'm a first time mom and was nervous about getting my son circ. but the procedure went great and i was very informed on what to do once we got home for after care. They also allowed my husband to go in with us which was amazing. Thank you again to Dr Kanu and his team. If we have another son in the future we will be returning :)

The procedure itself went fine. I am Sure Dr Kanu is good at what he does. However the whole experience at this clinic felt to me like a drive thru fast food joint. The Dr did not look me in the eye or introduce himself. He did not explain what he was doing. He did not acknowledge me or my son. He just walked in, did it, and left abruptly. After the procedure the assistant spoke a mile a minute giving me after care instructions (literally the fastest talker I’ve ever heard) and shoved a credit card machine in my face not 5 seconds after. Not a nice experience for a first time mom. Circumcision is already hard, the bedside manner of these clinicians made it a lot harder.

Experience was fine. Our first child and first time doing this. It's great that there is a follow up phone call and appointment to check to see if all is well. Good to do this relatively quickly after birth, as you pay more the more time passes. Thank you for a job well done GP @ Kitchener!
