This hotel has been renovated and is now a really good hotel at an affordable price. Will definitely stay here again on future trips. The breakfast buffet was quite impressive. The hotel is clean, and the service was great. Close to highway.

Very pleased with this Comfort Inn. Requested a quiet room and slept great. Comfy bed and the bacon & omelet with yogurt and juice was the perfect breakfast, certainly enough food to choose from. Front desk staff were very friendly. Wouldl stay here again for sure.

Dear General Manager,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my recent stay at Comfort Inn Trenton. As an employee of Choice Hotels, I had chosen to stay at your establishment, expecting a positive experience with the employee rate. However, my encounter with the front desk staff left much to be desired.Upon check-in, I was assigned a room on the upper floor, despite my request for a ground floor room of the same room type. To my surprise, I was informed that this would incur an additional charge of $30, compared to a mere $13 difference in the regular price. This price difference seemed unjustifiable and left me feeling taken advantage of.When I approached the front desk to inquire about this discrepancy, I spoke with an Indian lady who seemed unaware of the situation and was unable to provide an adequate explanation or offer a solution to rectify the issue. This lack of customer service and apparent disregard for my concerns was disheartening.I feel compelled to express my concern not only as an employee but also as a potential regular guest. If this is how your hotel treats its own employees, I am left wondering how other guests are treated. It is crucial for a hospitality establishment to prioritize guest satisfaction and address their concerns promptly and effectively.I kindly request that you look into this matter and take appropriate action to rectify the situation. I believe it is essential for your hotel to uphold the values of fairness, transparency, and exceptional customer service. I hope that my feedback will contribute to the improvement of your services and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
