Purchased a Bloom mattress from Vera and Tony at this store. They were incredibly kind and professional. Not only were they knowledgeable about their products but also generous with their time, allowing me to try different mattresses and pillows. I felt no pressure to buy anything! I found exactly what I was looking for thanks to them!

Beware when buying from Sleep Country! I bought some bedding from their Richmond Mall location and then went to 3 other locations to try return the items I paid for with cash through debit card and when arriving at this location found to guys sitting behind the desk, didn’t even get up when spot chimes when I walked in so I walked up to desk and was barely greeted and then they proceeded to advise me that they can’t process the refund immediately and I would need to go to original location as they could only send a cheque, really “A CHEQUE” in this day and age. And the guy said I would be lucky if I got it within 2-3 weeks. Said there was nothing they could do for me as they just work there. Unbelievable. Christine Magee should spend less time on commercials and more on sorted out the business procedures to enhance customer service.

We are newcomers in Canada and first-time purchases are difficult for us. We chose and bought mattresses in Slep Country. Everything felt right till the delivery date. We missed the delivery and the Delivery Company said that they can deliver mattresses only next week. In that case, we would have no place where to sleep in our new apartment and that's with 2 kids. I came to the Richmond store in Ironwood with this problem very desperate and with no hope to fix the things. Luckily for me, there was a manager Tony who really helped me out in this very uncomfortable situation. He did everything to schedule my delivery on the same day although it was an absolutely independent delivery company. Thanks, Tony, and nice to know that there are people in the world who understand other people's trouble. We are also on our way to write the next review as soon as we try our mattresses.

I just got home from purchasing a mattress at this location. Let me tell you. If you need a new mattressand just don’t want to deal with pushy salespeople.This is the place to go to! If you’re ever at this store for a new mattress etc or just want to know more on what you need ask for Roy. He was so pleasant to speak to and have a vast knowledge in this field without being pushy at all!Thank you Roy!!! You’re a big asset for this company!

I recently bought a bed here for my son who is 5. I walked in and was greeted right away by two salesmen (Magnus and another fellow whose name I can't recall). Both were very professional and helpful. I only had to spend about 15 minutes in the store before everything was taken care of and my sons new bed had been purchased. They were able to accommodate a quick delivery, too. When the mattress was delivered a few days later it was in perfect condition, and the delivery guys were very nice and brought it into my apartment and put it where I needed it. I am very happy with my purchase. Now if my son would just sleep in his own bed, everything would be perfect ;) Thanks so much!

My partner and I were coming in to check out some pillows and Benny gave us such a wonderful experience and was very knowledgeable on the products and how our body works when we were sleeping! He was able to find the perfect pillow for us on the first try! We are so happy with our pillows. Thanks again Benny!

I was amazed by the patience shown by our salesperson Roy at Sleep Country in Ironwood Mall. He was very attentive, asked what we preferred. He gave us several choices and ultimately recommended a mattress that not only suited our sleeping style but our budget as well. He didn't push the uber expensive ones, just made sure we liked what we chose. When it came to the delivery day, he even called us to let us know that the truck was on it's way. My parents are looking for a new bed and I'll definitely be taking them to Sleep Country in Ironwood!

I can't speak highly enough of the quality and care of service that Tony at Sleep Country in Ironwood provided in helping us select just the right product for our elderly mom. Our family had a great experience with the store manager, Tony. He was considerate, listened to what we wanted, and help us make a decision to purchase a new adjustable bed. I have actually been meaning to go back into this location to let the manager know how impressed my husband and I were with the service. The sales person (I wish I remembered his name) was very knowledgeable. He was upfront and honest about shipping and inventory issues (due to Covid). To our surprise the delivery was made when promised and the delivery company was amazing!!They texted me with updates and called me to let me know when they would arrive. The came on time, were incredibly courteous and set up our bed very fast. All in all we had a very good experience and would highly recommend them!
