I really enjoyed my experience with Dr Norgaard. Appointments were punctual, he provided options where possible and was a pleasure to chat with. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an OB referral!

I truly can’t say enough about Dr Norgaard. Not only did he safely bring my daughter into this world during a cpl hiccups at birth, but he was just so lovely to me postpartum. I had some complications that required me to see Dr Norgaard for over 6 months after my daughter was born, and even though that part wasn’t ideal he was just the best at looking after me. I’m truly going to miss him, such a bright and wonderful man! Can’t thank him enough!

Welcoming environment! Dr. Norgaard himself was a pleasure to meet. Everyone will get a different perspective of this team but I would recommend from my experiences.

Met the doctor at ER in the Oakville Hospital. I was diagnosed with Blighted Ovum and got prescribed with abortion medication. On the day I went to pick up my prescription, the pharmacist found a big mistake on the quantity prescribed (got prescribed 120 tablets of Misoprostol when it supposed to be 4). I had to call the office to get the prescription corrected. The day at ER, I was told that I will get a call from doctor’s office later in the week to schedule follow up Ultrasound to ensure there’s no remained product, but did not received any calls. So I called in to the office a week after I took the medication and was told by the receiption the requisition was sent to the hospital for ultrasound and I will receive a call back when appointment is scheduled. Another week has past, and that’s two weeks after taking the medication, still haven’t got a call back from doctor’s office, so I called in again to follow up. However, no one picked up the call. I called the office again few days later because got more bleeding, still no one ever picked up the phone, also left a voicemail and never received a call back. Tried calling again the day after, still no one picked up the call. I also called the ultrasound department at the hospital and they confirmed they did not receive the requisition. I ended up having to go back to my family doctor to get an ultrasound requisition. This significant delayed my ultrasound appointment which is needed to determine if further surgery required if there’s remained product. I do not recommend going with this doctor.
