Truly amazing repair service!Repair speed:Due to Covid, drop off is not supported; however, Nintendo uses UPS shipping label, and it arrives at this location within 1 day.The repair is done within the same week as well, everything is shipped back to me on Saturday. They uses Purolator to send the package back to me, and Purolator in BC is just terrible... but that is no fault of Nintendo, I just hope they can use something else instead.Repair quality and price:I am blown away. They charged me 1/3 of what they quoted me for the Nintendo Switch, and repaired all the Joy Cons for free (Feels like brand-new Joy Cons to me), plus an additional 100 days of warranty! This is far cheaper than ANY local repair shop locally; in my case, it is even FASTER than any local repair shop can do.Bravo! Love Nintendo even more now!

Thanks, I sent my son's devices to repair, but when they sent it back the post lost it. Nintendo sent me a new one by responsibility.Only one request, Please don't send packages by PUROLATOR POST CORP.

Dropped off a broken 2DS XL as they have a one year manufacturer's warranty! Pretty good. Expect to have it shipped back within a week. Super easy process over the phone with the option to drop-off locally is great. Just bring your Repair Order number with you!Follow up:As promised, the 2DS XL was shipped to my door within a week, problem repaired at no cost! Amazing customer service & product support with no hassles. Thanks Nintendo!

Great service. I sent in my left Joy-Con (Nintendo Switch) for repair back in May 2018 and they sent it back a couple weeks later good as new. On the phone everyone was very helpful and was able to walk me through everything I needed to do clearly and enthusiastically. Would've preferred to have the repairs done a little faster, but I can't complain as I'm sure they're really busy with plenty of other repairs. If you've got a system with warranty and it needs repairs, I'd definitely recommend sending it to them. Keep up the good work!

Great repair service, 2DS XL looks like a shiny new Pokeball! Details and instructions were clear, the shipping well (no hassle with courier thankfully) - took just over a week to get it back after I shipped it. I recommend but don't expect the same exact experience, just know they do care!

Incredible customer support!, I was having issues with my Joycons (One wasn't locking in the Switch, and I had disconnect issues on both Joycons) So I setup a repair, and dropped it off at their headquarters. Within like 2 hours, I got an email saying that my Joycons had been fixed and are being shipped back to me. Honesty I was told it would take a week until I would get them back, but it only took 2 days from when I dropped them off, to when I got them back at my home. Amazing service Nintendo!, I really appriciate the fast service!

I just bought a nintendo switch for my 8 year olds birthday. He was very disappointed when we took him to a hotel to celebrate and it would not work on the TV. Took it home and found that it would not work on my TV either so it is clearly defective. Called tech support and they tell me I need to take it back from my son and ship it to them, three weeks to test and repair. Terrible customer service!!! Extremely dissapointed, expected more from the brand.

Our joycon on the Switch had one button that wasn't registering. I dropped it at UPS on Monday afternoon and it was replaced and returned before close of business on Friday. Amazing service. Great technology to keep me posted along the way. Super helpful for little people who are keen to get their Switch going again!
