I had attended an appointment with my sister-in-law who has Parkinson's. We both have agreed that Dr. Lee was attentive to her concerns, listened to her symtoms and addressed each with a logical answer. He reviewed her history and did a physical assessment of her gait, strength and asked all the pertinent questions. He was thorough, efficient and most pleasant. We left feeling it was a successful, informative visit.Tracy remembered my call re: my sister-in-law which I found impressive as she speaks to so many people, it was nice to be remembered.

Very intelligent. Takes time to get to know the problem and help.

I was referred to him and by 2 different doctors but didn't receive treatment for original medical concern. He seems to focus on carpal tunnel rather than finding treatment options for other injuries/concerns not associated with carpal tunnel

I received a call from this clinic today and was told that I have an appointment that I was never aware of. The lady in the call was very rude. She claimed I confirmed the appointment back in September, but today was the first time that I received a phone call from them. Even if I did confirm the appointment in September, she should have called me at least a week prior to my appointment. She also said that she will talk to my family doctor about me not knowing about this appointment and refer me to somewhere else. Wow, just plain rude. I've been waiting to get referred to a nerve specialist for the longest time but I was never been told of this appointment. I wouldn't have missed it if I knew about it instead of getting yelled by someone.
