I visited the store and the person working there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as super friendly. I love the soaps and lip balm that I got. They smell great and they work great! I'll be returning for sure :)

I ordered their stone vanity plate, and it came with a damage. But they refused to refund or free return and exchange. They said that I have to pay for return delivery fee.I don’t understand they don’t take responsibility for damaged item shipping.The message from them,“If you'd like to exchange this plate for a different one, you could ship it back to us and we can send out a replacement but, unfortunately, I can't guarantee that no stones will come loose in the next shipment.We don't actually pay for return shipping labels but you are welcome to pay to ship this one back to us and then we can send your replacement”

If you shop in store do not let the outside of the shop sway you from going in.. once you open the door the amazing scents greet you .. not over power you … the staff member comes out from the back where the products are made right here on this site.. she is very welcoming & extremely knowledgeable answering my questions… now onto the products which are absolutely amazing.. some with olive oil base which is exactly what I was in search of .. along with sustainable, locally sourced and all natural .. would highly recommend ordering online or dropping into the shop!

I was looking for a natural olive oil bar of soap and this shop had exactly what I was looking for. The location is so cute and of course it smells amazing in there! The lady helping my friend and I was really sweet and let us feel free to look around but was ready to help us find something specific if we asked. I got a few different bars and I tried them out right away at home. They lathered really nicely and smelled amazing and fresh! I'll definitely be back soon :)

Great shop with awesome products and fantastic staff! I went in at 10 minutes to closing, but the staff were so helpful and efficient that I had purchased a bag of items and was out with minutes til closing to spare!

Best bar soap that beats any of the generic brands. Alberta/Canadian company.Works well with the dry Alberta winters we have and the other lotions and goods offered have kept my skin healthier than anything else I have used.The aromas used are also great especially Revive and the Peach. Not overpowering or too much.

I used to shop a few times a year when their store was on Whyte Avenue. Their new store is tucked away just off Calgary Trail but it's wonderful. For me it was a one-stop shop for Christmas gifts. I had many questions and the sales clerk(s) were very helpful.

Probably the best smelling place in Edmonton. With a wide range of soaps, lotions, and scrubs, all handmade right there in the building. Highly recommend paying a visit to this great local business.
