I did my kitchen with KitchensON in Nov 2015. Cupboards were beautiful and done on time. Absolutely no problems whatsoever. Ksenia and Herman was fantastic people to deal with. Would not hesitate to recommend them anytime.

Ksenia & Herman are one of a kind! We cannot say enough great things about them, as well as their kitchen installers, Ryan & Ryan! They went WAY above & beyond to help us design our dream kitchen!! Spent so much time going over every detail and giving us countless opinions & advice. They also designed and installed the amazing custom vanity in our en-suite and we love it so much! They think of every single detail and they are meticulous and take such pride in their work! They are very fairly priced and it is so evident that they aren’t in the business just to make money; they are in it because they LOVE what they do and they’re the BEST at what they do!!We are so thankful we found them and will be recommending them to everyone we know who is looking to do any type of kitchen or bathroom reno/project! They have been our most favourite part of our house build! Thank you so much to everyone at KitchensON for making this a stress-free & fun part of our home build!!

The best experience we have had with customer service, quality and professionalism. Herman and Ksenia are amazing people who want nothing more than for you to be happy. We had driven by the showroom many times, but always felt it would be too expensive for us to use them. We ended up getting quotes from other places to start. One Saturday we were driving by, and my wife said why don't we just stop in and have a look. We met Herman that day, and I can honestly say I knew within 5 minutes that I desperately wanted to work with him on our project. We took pictures and measurements of exiting kitchen and went back the next week to drop them off and give Herman an idea of what we were looking for. He was so humbled and proud that we were at his store and treated us like royalty. He presented us with some ideas and pricing shortly after and to our surprise his price was amazing and less than the big box stores. The best part was they only use Canadian made products all of which are high end quality.We made a decision and moved forward with the work. The communication along the way was great, the quality of the work was outstanding and the finished product was incredible. The best part of all was we did it on a tight budget and were never made to feel any different than a big spender. The work was done on time and budget. I could go on an on about our experience, but please trust me when I tell you, these people are truly amazing and have become friends. I am n real estate and will refer many clients to them.Thank you again for everything. This is the best kitchen design company to deal with! Herman and Ksenia were both so helpful. The design was perfect, and all of their advice was appropriate to our needs. They were in constant communication with us, and responded immediately. We are so happy with the end result and would recommend Kitchenson for anyone thinking of entering into the crazy world of kitchen remodelling. They really know their stuff!

Herman and Ksenia did an amazing job redesigning our kitchen. There was no delay in installing and the quality of the cabinets are excellent. Their installer, Ryan Mclellan was a perfectionist with the installation of both the cabinets and our beautiful backsplash. The quartz countertop is beautiful as well. We brought in ideas and they took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. They made suggestions that transformed the space, little details that no other companies took the time to look at. Ksenia has an eye for design. They stuck to their timeline, this made lining up plumbers and electricians so much easier. Ryan, their installer is a perfectionist. He does not miss a detail. We can't thank them enough. If you are looking at having a kitchen done you are likely getting a few quotes and ideas. KitchensON should be one of them, you will not be disappointed.

We hired Kitchenson to renovate our kitchen in the summer of 2018. They took the ideas we had in our heads and turned them into the kitchen of our dreams.Ksenia and Herman patiently worked with us from the planning and layout stage right down to picking all of our finishes out. They also sent us a great 3D design of what the kitchen would look like so we knew we were on the same page. There was one afternoon we spent over an hour and a half trying to finally decide on a countertop/backsplash combo, only to change our minds twenty minutes later. And through it all Ksenia never showed a sign of being annoyed, which is good because it's hard enough to decide on finishes without feeling like you're being rushed aswell.We ended up purchasing all of our tile, cabinets, and countertops from Kitchenson and found their selection and pricing better than the competition. Now that I think about it we even bought our sink from them as there price was better. Their installers put our cabinets in perfectly, and Herman even came to the house once they were finished to check everything was up to his standard.We just found it really easy to work with Kitchenson. They replied quickly to emails, stuck to their timeline, and did everything they said they would. When you have great customer service and some of the best prices in town, it's easy to recommend them to others.

If you are looking for someone reliable, to do your kitchen, look no further. We had an idea of what we wanted for our kitchen and Herman. Kesenia and his crew made it even better. They know their stuff like no other, they designed, suggested material, touches, etc. And we are very happy with the final product.They also have a vast variety of countertops, handles, faucets, etc and most importantly these are at a great price, your will not need to shop around outside to save $.Timing: Everything went according to plan, when ever they gave me a date, it was accomplished. They worked like a swiss clock, clean, professional and on time.Special kudos to the installation team, Ryan and Rain are wizards when it comes to installing. Extreme attention to detail, perfectionist and clean installers.Highly recommended.
