I have been using The Pool Boys service for over ten years now and they always provide great service. They arrive on schedule and get whatever has to be done completed to my satisfaction. Over the years, I have used them for pool openings, closings and they even cleaned out my filter. I recently had an issue with my pump not keeping its prime and could not figure it out. I gave James a call and he provided me with a solution that worked. He has been doing this for many years and knows his stuff.I highly recommend them!! Great service and courteous staff!! Give them a call - you won;t be disappointed.

I actually deleted my initial review…but after seeing your response to me, I will re-type it. I highly suggest people stay away from this company, I have never dealt with a shadier business and owner. They charged my credit card for $1100 without my knowledge or consent. Their actual service is not good either…they kept complaining that our pool was dirty, and then they’d “clean” it, and it wouldn’t even look like they came. 20 mins in and out. Never had this issue before, but like James said, it must be our fault. Who says that to a customer?? Incredibly unprofessional. He also told me that maintenance on the pool only begins in June…but then he invoiced me for 2 maintenance sessions in May? When I asked him about it, he said my wife asked for it…so I paid the bill (thinking I could trust him).Then I spoke to my wife and she showed me a text message with James where he specifically told her that maintenance only starts in June. So I requested a refund back from him for $110+tax…no answer, and he has completely ghosted us since. Very very poor business practice in my opinion.

We just had our pool closed by the Pool Boys. I set up an appointment with them via email and they replied in a timely manner. They notified me on the day that they were on their way and they showed up on time. Great, fast, friendly and knowledgeable service. James also provided some recommendations on the best places to get certain accessories/equipment. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Called to make service appointment. They called me and booked time right away. Service was amazing and price was extremely fair. Would highly recommend The Pool Boys to anyone looking for great service. They have also opened and closed our pool the last 4 seasons with no issues!!
