Zara, what a great agent with great customer service, she is not only rude but meanest person on planet. Instead of helping, she just turning away people for the requests or needs they have. Never ever go to this store or deal with Zara.....oh man, it was nightmare dealing with her. I think good customer service these days getting extinct

Bad experience, the person was totally unsupportive. He didn’t bother about a customer who is paying $65 a month to Fido and looking for upgrade. I felt like he is favoring me by explaining plan details. In total he spent 4 minutes with me to tell that I should go and check these things online. I don’t know why you need these stores then.I am going to move of fromFido ASAP and switch to other provider, can stand with this unprofessional attitude of the employees.

The employee was reluctant to spend time in explaining me the plan details, he was probably busy or not interested in handling customers. I found most of the customers unhappy or disappointed with most of the representative behavior, I think a serious overhaul is needed at this location. Seems like students handling the entire Fido office and they do not know how to deal with customers.

Was helped by the manager on duty Hussan today when I tried to upgrade my phone. He was so professional and made sure I got the service setup free waived as I was promised by the promotional SMS. He spent at least 10 mins on the phone with the Fido rep on the call. Thank you for being above & beyond and making sure I am happy leaving the stores with a brand new phone!!

My son Got three Accessories that I have already and so these never opened and my son went to exchange in Guilford mall and manager refused to do anything after 15 days over .Manager was nice person but nothing he can do according to him Area leader can look into .When he showed that I texted on next day to person who helped and he told me to bring back only for exchange but no date mentioned and I have text messages too.Due to death in family we forgot and got chance to exchange to buy new phone so need your help to contact us .Fido is great company as I have three plans with Fido so must do something for customers .Wait for call or email from Area Leader.Thank you

Rep named Ahmed was rude and not at all helpful. Please get some customer service lessons. Yesterday this location didn’t wanna do sim swap for me and told me they are out of sim cards and they ll get the restock next week. So i went today again to double check and some other guy told me they have sim cards. I spoke to fido customer service this morning, they provided me esim which didn’t work and was told to visit nearest fido store and was assured that there wont be any charges for the sim card. Then i went to this store and this rep Ahmed absolutely useless tells me it wont be free and i will be charged and told me to tell customer service to ship me sim card if I want it for free. Dude I work in customer service too and know how this works. Basically you are telling me to have a phone with no service for a week and wait for a sim card shipment at home for not even being at fault. I just got this fido connection 4 days ago and have been struggling to get working sim card. HOW PATHETIC YOUR customer service is.
