Earle of Leinster Inn Style

Earle of Leinster inn was our best stay in Maritime road trip. We booked carriage room on Airbnb. Whole room was like a museum of antique and history. We had great talk with Dwight and Cheryl and hope to see them again.

To start, Cheryl and Dwight are the nicest people and Inn reflects the kind of people they are. The inside feels historically homey and well decorated. The rooms were super clean and private. The beds were comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were soft and cozy. The breakfast that was included was somehow the star amongst all of the other charming details of this gem of an inn. Delicious coffee, juice and homemade French toast topped with fruit and homemade whipped cream all prepared fresh that morning by Cheryl. I highly recommend this inn to anyone looking to stay. The price and value can truly not be beaten. Thankful to have had the opportunity to patron this locally owned business.

An amazing owners, welcoming and caring. Their breakfast is out of this world fresh and delicious. Our room and the whole house was like a museum. Antique trinkets and collection of china over 100 years old. Pool table was a welcoming bonus. 10 stars is what I want to give.

This was just what we were looking for on our first time in Saint John. Cheryl and Dwight are wonderful hosts, the location is convenient yet quiet, the home-made breakfast delicious, and the Victorian period room was fun not fussy (and it was clean and comfortable). We'd go again.

My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 day stay at the Earle of Leinster Inn when we stayed in the Parlour room late September 2022. Dwight & Cheryl we’re a very pleasant couple, They we’re very accommodating and showed a sincere interest in their guests and their stay in St.John. Great themed rooms and a fantastic breakfast at a reasonable price. Very memorable stay!

Words cannot describe how in love I am with this gorgeous, historic B&B!!! It is the most beautiful, charming and well-maintained historic place to stay! We stayed in the Lord Edward room and it was full of amazing historical things: old cameras, a spinning wheel, typewriter, etc! The four poster queen bed was SO lovely and comfortable to sleep in, and the hosts are eager to talk about the historic aspects of their B&B and St John in general, which I loved! They are so welcoming and kind! Breakfast was delicious, and if you’re in search of a good seafood meal in the area, Grannan’s was AMAZING! Thank you so much, Dwight & Cheryl! Will definitely come back here!!!

Although this is a late review, I wanted to thank Dwight and Cheryl for going above and beyond during my long stay in 2021. They really made the difference being flexible, understanding, and welcoming to all my needs. I stayed in 2 different rooms, both with kitchen, washroom, TV, coffee maker, etc. Highly recommended for both short and long stays. Kudos to the owners!

I stayed here in the Savoy Suite for 3 months during the Covid 19 Pandemic. Can't say anything bad at all. Amazing quality, friendly owners and the cleaning staff was very thorough and polite. The interior decor is exquisite with antiques here and there. The tub and shower will make you come back for more. Comfortable bed and bedding. The building is located near plenty of things in Uptown Saint John, pretty much a 5 minute walk to brew pubs, Imperial Theatre etc. Pool table in the basement. Cute breakfast area. Definitely recommend it if you're in Saint John.

My wife and I had a great stay here during our road trip in the east coast. We stayed for two nights and would have loved to stay more. The room was very spacious with lots of old trinkets everywhere. The outstanding thing about this place is the hospitality of Dwight and Cheryl. The breakfast at this place was top notch. Cheryl personally cooks the breakfast for you and her waffles stuffed with fruits was amazing!!! Had some great conversations with Cheryl during breakfast as well. Wonderful place and centrally located to everything as a tourist!

Dwight and Cheryl made our stay in Saint John so wonderful! We cannot recommend this BnB enough. Cheryl makes a great breakfast each day to start your morning & Dwight comes in to help as well. We loved our chats with them over breakfast both days we were there. Although the idea of having breakfast with people we don’t know seemed intimidating at first, Dwight and Cheryl made our stay so comfortable. It was also very nice to meet the other guests. Thank you so much for the 5+ star hospitality, it was a wonderful experience
