Love this DQ!! Staff is really friendly and there cake decorator is just amazing!! My family has had a couple of cakes done from here, and they always live up to expectation. Love going back.5 stars❤️

I did not quite like the staff and atmosphere. We asked the staff about the brownie and specifically asked if she understood what we actually want. She did not recommend what was best and gave us vanilla ice cream with hot fudge whereas we wanted chocolate flavour. And when asked for replacement then got negative attitude.

This is one of the best DQ locations ever - our go to place to satisfy taste buds. Very friendly staff, great location with fantastic service. They have always exceeded our expectations. 7 Star!

Hospitality and customer service is a must. If you are working, one should know how to receive customers and how to talk to them.I went there today and before ordering I wanted to use washroom, which is a necessity and could be urgent. But the lady refused and said to order first and then you can use and was extremely rude about it.Before ordering I have to look at the menu too. Which will take time. It wasn’t a big deal if they had let me use it. So upsetting!!

Great experience at this location! Very friendly staff, the food is amazing and the store is very clean. Definitely going to visit again and again for the Triple chocolate brownie and other delicious treats! ❤️ Highly recommended!

Great ice cream and nice staff! Use the coupon from your mail and get a delicious small vanilla cone dipped in chocolate for only $2.10! Melted quick though (or maybe I waited too long to eat it since I was taking pictures) but the cone was nice and crunchy

Dear DQ Ice Cream,I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Brampton, Ontario location (9715 James Potter Rd Unit B04, Brampton, ON L6X 3B9). I recently visited your store and was denied access to the washroom, despite being a paying customer. When I asked the staff about the washroom, I was told that it was out of service. However, I noticed that other customers were allowed to use the washroom.I feel that this is an unfair and discriminatory practice, as I have been denied access to a basic facility that is available to other customers. I believe that all customers should be treated equally and with respect, regardless of their background or status.I would like to request that you review your washroom policy and ensure that all customers are treated fairly. I also request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that this does not happen to other customers in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

What a Great quality of products.. awesome varieties and so much yummalicious things to eat.. More the staff and owner of the store are very supportive and with understandings.. They are always ready with everything to satisfy the customer needs.. Great infrastructure and facilities in and outside the store.. And at last Ambience is awesome.. GREAT PLACE TO SATISFY YOUR CRAVINGS FOR CREAMY FOODS.. I AM VERY AFRAID THAT GOOGLE HAS ONLY 5 STAR LIMIT OTHERWISE THIS PLACE DESERVES FULL 10 ON 10 STARS..
