Shout out to Trevor in the roofing supplies department. Always goes the extra mile for his customers big or small. Also to Luc the driver. He is an absolute wizard operating that boom truck. The gals at the order desk are also very competent and friendly

I have done business with the people there several times and everytime I call or pickup my order they greet you with a smile, The nice woman at the order desk has been helpful. The people working there are kind, courteous and respectful. . I would recommend buying your building supplies from them.

Bought ceiling grid materials from UBP. Got them home to smiths falls and they were damaged and dirty. They exchanged them but I lost time and money dealing with UBP. I won’t be back again.

Nice place to work people are nice to work but the night shift hours suck that much work there should be three shifts. The men on after noon shift is over work lots of room for a third shift something for the bosses to think about.

Awesome friendly service and great choice of shingles. We had a roof leak, And within days the special order shingles were delivered to our house!Trevor was extremely professional and would recommend anyone in need of building material that they just check out UBP first!
