Charlie came to my house, knowing I didn't have much money and got my laptop working and virus free within an hour for a ridiculous price. I had a problem with my wifi driver. I called Daniel on a Saturday and he was over at my place within 2hrs. Daniel jumped to the most affordable and quick solutions rather than getting caught up with countless troubleshooting tactics. After an hour and half my problem was fixed and learned how the problem that occurred so I know how to fix it if it ever happens again.
