I had such a wonderful experience at Melanie Lyne! I went in on a whim while killing time before my appointment at David’s Bridal and ended up finding the perfect dress! Gabriella was so helpful and kind, and I am so incredibly happy with the dress we found!

The only thing I would recommend for improvement would be to include more x-small or small sizing. This location tends to be out of this size in various clothing items fairly frequently.

Great selection, wonderful associates. Some associates are over eager to help, be firm, kind, and articulate what you want to make your shopping experience even better.I find what I am wanting/needing at Melanie Lynn. I suggest you do an online search of the website before going in-store. If your size isn't available in-store they will order it for you (if available). Beautifully merchandised, clean and great designer fashions.Amazing customer service!

Just want to thank the very nice woman who helped me purchase a beautiful open-shoulder blouse yesterday. I didn’t get her name and I’ve never visited the store before, but it was clear that she was genuinely happy that the blouse she nipped off the mannequin in the front window worked for me. (Even though it was a few sizes too big, the colours were gorgeous and it worked). It is very nice when sales people feel your joy as she and her coworkers did. I will definitely revisit when looking for a special event item as I was yesterday!

Fabulous clothes and styles, fabulous staff who go over and above always. The fit is usually very accurate for my size. Would recommend in a heartbeat!

The dresses are beautiful and the people working also were helpful but they do tend to miss out details. 2 ladies working on the cash register opened up my account like 3 times and not notice it was my birthday month...forget about offering my birthday credit. After I asked, she is asking me when is my birthday, whereas it is there on her screen on my account. Not sure if this was deliberate or a mistake, but attention to details should be paid or else dont offer discounts if they cant be abided by.

Was at this store alone today looking for mother of the bride dress. Had the best customer service ever. The sales lady helped me find dresses. Zipped them up unzipped every dress. Took pics for me so I could send them to my daughter. And even though I didn't buy a dress today still treated me great when I left and said to come back and retry any dress anytime. Would recommend this store.
