We were here to renew our passports! We met 2 ladies in 2 different counters: they were very nice, and very friendly! I was very satisfied from the overall experience ! I have to add that we followed the process described in the website very scrupulousely so that everything went fast and well!

The worst service ever, first impression is the so bad. The lady disconnected the line while I am speaking to her. Please educate people that they are getting paid to serve the public inquires.

The German Consulate is located at 25th floor,provided an exceptional visa processing service.The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful, fast reply through email as well. This is my first hassle-free visa experience, everything go smooth and quick when you have all required documents. I’m very impressed.

Called them on the phone and the person I talked with was sassy and would not answer my questions in a clear way, but simply kept repeating for me to check the website for more information. (I had questions about something on the website and she told me just to email them)

I had a very positive experience with the staff here. The staff is very polite, friendly, and patient.My friend and I applied tourist visa on last Wednesday. At the beginning we were a bit worried about when could we get that because we booked the appointment just 2 weeks before our trip. Then, we received our passports on last Friday! The most impressive thing is that the staff told us it will take 1 or 2weeks, but we got our passports within 3 days. Amazing efficiency.

Had an appointment in the morning. 25th floor. Had reached about 20 mins earlier as i did not know the location. The security has lockers available for free, this is great for your personal belongings and mobile. Waited in the lobby for less than 5 minutes. The interview was super smooth and quick and the person was very helpful and courteous. Total time take was less than 15 minutes, including the wait time. Super efficient staff.

My mother had an appointment to renew her passport, the Lady that helped us was wonderful and kind. The building is not good for people with disabilities ( need to use freight elevator to get from parking level to lobby ) which is not the consulate fault. The shoppers drug mart takes excellent pictures, which we had to do a retake, after our pictures did not pass the standard. If you need photocopies, the Toronto Library was great with their self service copiers.

Update:My Mom and I had the appointment today to get her passport renewed.Just as the wonderful lady on the phone the lady that took all the information for her passport renewal was so patient and kind.The lady security guard was so helpful as well l, I would have totally forgotten my cellphone in the safe if she had not kindly reminded me.Thank you so much everyone for doing an amazing job.The Consulate contacted me today by phone to help me book an appointment for my mother.The lady was so nice and helpful it was amazing.I have not had such a friendly and helpful service in I do not know how long.Absolutely amazing.Thank you so much.I would give 10 stars if I could.

The best embassy experience I've ever had. Perhaps the most efficient government office experience I've ever had.The person was polite, friendly, and helpful. The whole process took 10-15 mins total. On our part, I had the documents prepared properly and with appropriate highlight or description to make their job easier.If only other embassies or government offices could learn something from them
