Fabricville - Magasin de tissus

I took an empty cart that I saw at the entrance of the store for my daughter to sit in, only to be told that the carts are not for client use that my daughter needs to get out.

We can count the employees that give good customer service, it seems nobody is happy to work anymore.22/7/22 I bought maybe 40 different colours of DMC embroidery threads and the employee scanned one colour and counted them all as if I only bought that one colour. Their inventory will not balance for sure. Another time the employee made me purchase a random item in order to see how much money was in a gift card. Lack of training.Michael is on of the best employees there.

Found fabric in the $3,4,5,6 section. They tried to charge me full price saying the massive signs above the section were no longer valid (it had been about 3 weeks since the change and the signs hadn't been taken down). Staff member at the cutting station & manager were rude and showed no understanding of basic customer service. I left without the fabric as there was no effort for a respectful resolution.

Staff friendly & personable, they give good advices & suggestions, knowledgeable. Store very clean, organized, spacious & great variety of choices (materials, items, textures, designs, etc). Amazing sales, affordable & quality worth. Recommend.

This store is unbelievable.They have two kinds of employees.The ''olds" ones and the young ones.The olds one are very impolite And very rude. They speak only French. If you speak English they don't answer you back.If you try to speak French you have to have a Sorbonne diploma in French language to make them to understand you !On the other side the young ones are very polite and respectful And helpful. They speak French AND English very well. They work with a smile on their face.Just a question: the old employees are volunteers and they think that they are working?"

I recently visited Fabricville at Galérie Laval, and I must say that I was quite disappointed with the level of service I received. Throughout my visit, I encountered several instances where the employees seemed uninformed about their materials, which was quite frustrating. Despite our repeated inquiries, they either didn't know the whereabouts of the items we were looking for or claimed they didn't have them. Ironically, we ended up finding the materials ourselves after a thorough search.Moreover, I want to specifically address the customer service provided by a woman with long hair at the cutting station. Every time we approached her with questions about the products, she appeared to be in a perpetual bad mood and offered no helpful advice.The cashiers also added to our disappointment during our recent visit. Instead of focusing on their responsibilities, they engaged in conversations amongst themselves, neglecting the customers waiting in line. Even during the transaction, they continued their conversation without acknowledging us. It was only when we had to interrupt their discussion to inform them about the malfunctioning interac machine that they bothered to pause and attend to us. The lack of attention and basic courtesy was disheartening.I believe it's important to provide constructive feedback so that improvements can be made. I hope that Fabricville management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to address them. As customers, we expect knowledgeable and attentive staff who genuinely care about providing a pleasant shopping experience.

I often goes in the fabricville located at Corbusier boulevard and buy lots of Fabrics because I know how to cutting and sewing that’s why I like Fabricvilland I like to do job over there. I like to do everything over therebecause this is my childhood passion associated with Fabric store. I spend my work very politely,humble helpful and good Way with whole team of Fabricville.that’s why I need the most

I was looking for fabric dye. Since i have trouble reading small characters, I couldn’t read the instructions on the back of the bottle. So I asked an employee if this specific product was suitable for my project. She cut me and said to read the back in a very rude way. Mind you, I physically cannot do that. Will not be coming back to this store.

If I could give no stars I would! The guy in the store was so rude I asked him for some help but instead of helping me he just pointed me in the direction of the back and then continued leaning on the counter doing nothing....there were 2 guys just chatting both workers but they were terrible customer service probably cos I spoke English...
