The great selection, competitive prices and good workmanship by the shop guys keep me coming back. But I have to say, the folks that work behind the counter make me feel like I’ve ruined their day by bothering them to get me a chain for my saw. Consistently unfriendly, and not just one person, everyone’s like this.

I live in Victoria. I bought a helmet I needed for my new business and and it broke on the first use. I was in a really tight spot because I'd just started my business and needed the helmet to complete the first jobs I had lined up. Explained the situation to Walker's and they couriered a new helmet to me, which arrived that same day. Really impressive customer service.

These folks are always courteous and helpful on the phone. THEY ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE!! I don't order $1,000's worth of stuff, but they still treat me as though I'm important. I bought a chain saw two years ago. Did not use it much and then this year started using it. Had some issues with idling. I went in and the man who helped me (I forgot his name) not only solved the issue, but went over and above to show me the best way to use it and also flipped the chain guide as it was worn a bit. Great service, thank you.

Had a saw built here and it now runs awesome. Work was done faster than expected. Shop called to discuss saw history, my budget and what I'd be using it for. Super friendly! The shop has plenty of gear for pros and homeowners.
