The experience from the start was smooth.I messaged the dealership through one of their Kijiji posts to make sure the Jeep was available before driving from Brantford.Craig was our salesman and was very easy to work with. He got us keys and then moved some vehicles out of the way so we could go for a test drive.He did the thing that a good salesperson should do. He let my wife and I go on a test drive alone together so we can test drive and discuss the vehicle together without the sales pitch. Greatly appreciated this small thing.The financing was very easy and got us a great finance rate quickly.Thanks again for the great Team at Finch Chrysler. We will definitely be spreading the word with our friends and family.

Went for simple tire swapping this Tuesday, July 11, 23. Service was done in an hour but didn’t even get the plastic bags for the tires, they didn’t even match the tire pressure so I had to match them myself. It was an extremely simple job, but they didn’t even do that properly.. won’t come back for more services.

He never pushed anything else that would not have been good for our family. He helped us make decision on what we were looking for and then helped us finding the perfect vehicle that was a fit for us. I have bought cars before where I felt like the salesman was being pushy or they were trying to push a car on you that you didn’t really want. I never felt that when I was dealing with Tim it always felt like it was a personal thing to him with each customer to try and help them find the best vehicle and something they could drive for years to come. We travelled from Windsor to London for a day trip and our car broke down, the engine light came on and we called road side assistance. The tow truck picked us up and took the car to finch dealership. They took care of us immediately and service advisor Dwayne was very professional and explained everything to us. They found out what the problem was very fast and fixed it.. one hour later we were back on the road. Extremely professional service ,we were so thankful. My small daughter was with us and she told him he is a life saver, which he was. Thank you to the whole team!
