Enlighten Laser & Skin Care Clinic Calgary SW

Jillian is sweet but i bought 3 ipl sessions and have had no results after each session. I have had great results from other IPL's so it may have been the laser used at Enlighten or the settings were just too low/not correct for my skin. I had no freckling, it did not even feel like anything on my face during the sessions. The appointments also felt a little rushed and just fyi the SW location has limited visitor parking. I was left feeling disappointed after spending the money for the 3 sessions.

I have no idea how someone as unknowledgeable as Jillian is still in business. When describing how the hair growth cycle works, she will tell you something that is so wildly different from anything you read online, then as she talks about how the treatments align with this everything she says will contradict itself. When treating the legs, she will literally move the laser 2 inches between zaps despite the fact it only treats a half inch wide area, and this will be noticeable when the hair falls out. When you ask her why she moves the laser so much between treatments, she says it's to avoid overlap, then when you point out how wide it is and how much she's moving it she has nothing to say, and finally when you tell her about the 1.5 inch space where no hair falls out (because it's clearly not being treated), she will tell you that hair wasn't in the right part of the growth cycle to be effectively treated. Ultimately, not only does Jillian come across as being too incompetent to effectively do her job, but she comes across as being too incompetent to even realize how incompetent she is.

I'm only on my 3rd session see the results. Jill is fantastic. A very rare find for sure. She cares about her clients and not just the money, which she has saved me a lot. She is fun to visit. Jill is professional and honest. I would recommend anyone to go see her!

Enlighten is the cleanest and most stunning adorable skincare and laser clinic. Im always treated like a friend and the owner, Jen, really cares and will go above and beyond for her clients. Lots of services they offer and I highly recommend getting a package there. They only have the highest quality products and services. I can't wait to go back!

I been to many places but Jillian is the best! I came in there extremely nervous because I went to a places downtown Calgary and they destroyed my face, I had alot of scaring all over. She had a look and she told me I'm gonna be needing a couple treatments but after one treatment I was extremely impressed and plus they have awesome prices

Enlighten Laser Calgary is absolutely fantastic! I've been getting treatments on different areas for just about a year and it's been the best experience! Jill is so knowledgeable and down to earth/friendly! She really makes the experience comfortable and the results are long lasting. They have great promotions and skin care treatments, not just laser hair removal! Everyone I've referred has told me they've had great experiences too!Everyone should do themselves a favor and go see Jill! Body and skin care is a lot of maintenance, not so much anymore! You'll love it!!!

Very very poor experience with SaraShe changed my appointment first and i had to drive 40 minutes to come here to hereAll she could tell me is that she cant do it and wanted more money from me which no way i was giving to herAll i drove was for nothingExtremely poor serviceThey are just here for money making and i hadTo leave with havent done anything on my facePlease dont ever go to this third class place

I have had 2/6 treatments so far and can honestly say I am very happy with the results already! Jillian is extremely knowledgeable, professional and welcoming, so there's no uncertainties with any of the processes or procedures and no feeling awkward or uncomfortable. I look forward to my future appointments and would highly recommend this location!

Jillian is very knowledgeable and confident in what she does . She is fun, fast and efficient and made me feel very comfortable during the IPL procedure. I saw AMAZING results within a day!!! Their prices are much more affordable compared to other clinics I've been to. I would recommend this clinic 100% . I will definitely be returining for more treatments.Thank you Jillian :)
