You try to shut people down if they don't share your opinion. Just pathetic. If you want this prepare for a massiv backlash

I don't understand how it can remotely thought to be a fair process that when complaints of racism are put forward by minority clients towards white psychologists, that the investigator is white, and all the three board members that give you a written decision are also white. They ignore the actual evidence, try to flip the situation on you with their opinions (which do not rely on evidence), completely backing up the psychologist. If you look at their disclosed numbers, less than 10% of cases actually result in a consequence for the psychologist. This organization is not a friend of the public, especially those of colour. Don't waste your time here, take your complaint directly to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
