If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a small, not too expensive, commercial scale for home use. Within four months, the batteries had leaked all over the unit interior and the scale bed fell off. I was told it was one of their lower-end" units

Our company recently bought our second new 120' truck scale from Precision Scale. The install crew were fantastic and scale quality excellent. Previous service experiences with our old (non-Precision) scale were all great. Positive experiences with everyone at Precision. Cheers.
