Evil Dave's Grill
We had the noodle bowl, meatloaf and Blackened salmon for dinner. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The noodles were fresh and the broth was amazing. The meatloaf was good but I think the other dishes are even better. Good service and overall excellent dinner experience.

Shared the holy cow, grateful greens, vicious hippies and the meatballs. Absolutely delicious!!! Holy cow was the best dish ive ever eaten! High quality food, awesome service and just all around good atmosphere. Food was served quick and drinks were yummy, non alcoholic fancy drinks on the menu was really appreciated.. highly recommend!

Super tasty , fresh and tender food. Had the tuna civiche and chef's cut. My wife had a salad with pecan nuts and noodles. All served by a very friendly , bearded young man. A food-experience!

Located towards the edge of town, I'd say this is a bit of a hidden gem.The name is at odds with the interior: you may be expecting a loud and noisy bar, but it's actually very modern and more refined than the name implies.The menu has a lot of variety, without being overwhelming. Flavours were excellent! I was impressed with the noodle stir-fry as they can sometimes be a bit bland, but here it was punchy. The burger was juicy and tender, and the fries were well-seasoned.The portion sizes of the mains were excellent, however the desserts were underwhelming by comparison. Certainly tasty, but much smaller - it feels like this could be balanced better.Overall it was a surprising and lovely experience, I would stop by here again to try other items from the menu.

Food was decent, although the portions were a small for the price. The main issue came with the server, as he was extremely disrespectful and rude, far beyond what most people would probably even imagine.Issues included:1) After one of us asked him to take the drink cups away, he told him in a serious and irritated voice: “you could’ve said please, you know”. No, we were not rude when we asked him to do so. I originally thought he was joking, because literally no server has ever said that to me before, but his stern face and lack of any follow up comments made it obvious that he wasn’t kidding.2) Although most of the food was good, the jasmine rice was undercooked. We told him about it after the meal, and his reaction was “oh, well you SHOULD’VE told me that earlier, when I asked how things were tasting”. He then takes away our dishes, without saying anything else.3) When we went to pay (and oh boy did we pay a lot), he added 20% tips to the bill without telling us. Now I’m not sure if this is the restaurants policy for groups of 5+, but even if it is, he did not notify us at all about that. Tips are how we as customers give back for good/bad service, but he instead he essentially tricked us into giving him a fat check for terrible service. Again, we couldn’t check that he added the 20% because we were paying quite a lot already and it wasn’t obvious.The server wasn’t entirely rude throughout, as he did have basic manners. But every those 3 incidents mean that our experience at this restaurant was an extremely poor one.TL;DR: imagine your experience like this: your sever is fairly kind except he said “fuck you” a few times out of the blue. You’re more bewildered than offended at his actions, simply due to the sheer audacity of his willingness to be rude to customers. Then he tips himself 20%.

Exceptional. Easy going atmosphere, nice background music, and absolutely delicious food. I had the Wicked burger… hard to say it was the best ever, but certainly one of the top three in my 70 years. I also had a salad that was full of mild arugula, candied pecans and lots of goat cheese, with a really nice dressing. My wife had a Nourish Bowl that was full of yummy roasted veggies with a delicious turmeric sauce. A really great restaurant, in my view, and with reasonable prices this is an exceptional restaurant. I wish I lived nearby!

We absolutely loved the food, drinks, and vibe of Evil Dave's. Our server, Coral, was phenomenal with her food abd wine suggestion. Cowboy Sushi is a must!

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Definitely my favorite in Jasper. I was also shocked how accommodating they were. One of my friends really wanted the noodle dish, but also wanted their steak special. They were okay with him adding the steak from the special to the noodle dish. It was such a hit that half our table ended up ordering it. We were also there reasonably late on a Tuesday night (it was for a friend's bachelor party) and instead of rushing us out, the waiter came by and said you're welcome to stay as late as you like
