They provided excellent service. Staff were experienced and easy to communicate. Although I don't want to use their service again, it's a good place to say goodbye, and I do recommend them if anyone is looking for funeral services.

When a loved one leaves this earth the first few days are filled with confusion, sadness and pain. I would like to personally thank all the staff for their professionalism and dedication. It’s no doubt a difficult time but the kindness demonstrated by the Aeterna staff was greatly appreciated.

I couldn’t have asked for a better funeral home and professional team. Jerome guided my family through a tough time and everything went perfect. The livestream for my international relatives was high quality. I truly recommend Aeterna compared to other places I called and visited.Update: hours of opening are not exact. Twice now I have tried to be there before closing time to visit my father’s ashes in the colombarium and the doors were closed. First time I got there at 8pm, second time at 4:20pm. This is unacceptable. Especially exactly one month after my father’s death.

They exceeded my expectations. Due to COVID-19, having a lot of people at my late grandfather's wake would've been risky. The live telecast not only helped people mourn my grandfather's passing from their home, it helped our family mourn internationally from Austria and Bangladesh. They even gave us his handprints and footprints on four pieces of paper, a service that I asked them to do last minute, the day before. The pallbearers Pat and Jacob executed their task with great empathy. The funeral director (although he prefers the title funeral guide) Steve is clearly doing his job out of passion, which is rare for a funeral home. I really hope I don't have to see them again because another funeral is the last thing I am anticipating in my life, but if I have to choose a last resting place for a loved one, I would choose Aeterna as long as people like Steve, Pat and Jacob are there. ❤️
