Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I paid for the gas at the rate of 99.2 and when I started to fill gas they changed the rate and stopped my transaction. The cashier doesn't sound knowledgeable. He doesn't know the name of his manager. I have to refill my tank. So I did it with new rate. This is a horrible experience. I have paid both times but only once get the gas. They tell me to come in the morning to see his manager. This doesn't sound helpful.

4:30 pm - August 23: A gas pump begins pumping even before the lever is depressed, spraying my car with corrosive, flammable liquid gold - only narrowly avoiding me in the process! The lovely ladies at the cash helped me out and made my day! Thanks so much for the way you handled it!

Car wash closed after eve most of the days. Such a pathetic way to earn money from customers. Highly recommending other car wash

Unfortunately Google maps doesn’t allow -5* in rating.. else this gas station deserves that.. extremely poorly managed and served. Their Carwash gets randomly opened and closed. Since last few days they’ve been closing car wash at 6.30 pm when it is supposed to be a 24 hours. The attendant doesn’t have any explanation except.. manager said to close. There’re several people who complained to petro Canada about customer service at this station. Avoid if possible!!

This car wash is so bad was in the line for it for almost an hour!!! On Feb 17th 6:28 PM. They has some issues in the car wash machine and shutter and no help came to assist for like 30 mins.

Went in at 9am to purchase some things for a road trip. The door was locked! Waited a few minutes, the door was still locked! There were people pumping gas and I have to wonder… what if they needed to pay inside!? Bad customer service all around it seems!

Kudos to young lady who helped me to get my usb drive that went inside vacuum tank accidentally. I use this location regularly for car vacuum as well as filling gas & car wash, they are very friendly.

I often visit here on Fridays and weekends at nights. I usually get good deals on car wash and energy drinks. The store is always neat and clean. I usually find the store guy busy doing tasks. He is really a hard worker

I think this is a family owned business and the daughters work the tillThey literally will not scan your items. Ever been to a self checkout before? Somewhat similar but you have some employee staring at you well you do it. Ask for a bag they just give you the empty bag.I used to work at a convenience store. This customer service is terrible.When they lock the door one would assume they are using the bathroom but please put a sign on the door.

At one point, I would have given this location 5 stars, as it is one of the only gas stations I know of that still has the hands free option for pumping, which is nice in the winter.However, last time I got my car washed here, the results were lacking, so the location loses one star.Then, I went to get air to fill my tires. The machine costs $2, and since I don't have tap on my cards, I need coins. Except no one is using cash currently due to covid, me included. So I go into the gas station to buy something, so they can give me a toonie so I can get air. Except they don't do cash back, not even so you can use their services. Instead, you have to use the ABM they have there, which charges $3 per transaction, and gives $20 bills. So now I still have to buy a chocolate bar to get change to get air, and I'm left carrying around a bunch of cash. So some air for my tires and a chocolate bar ended up costing me over $8, plus whatever bank fee my bank will end up charging me. Not cool.
