I have had nothing but a positive experience here. I go back every 4 weeks or so and they are very efficient in booking their appointments. I never wait, just told to sit in the always available room and looked after in less than 15 minutes total. Small talk is not their forte but they are always courteous, friendly and helpful to say the least. I would recommend this place for sure. I appreciate the Doctor's who are direct and straight to the point therefore I like this place.

Fast and effective; correctly abided by COVID-19 public health guidelines; dermatologist is straightforward and doesn't waste any time. Was concerned going in due to previous reviews but was pleasantly surprised.

Such a positive place to be, from the welcoming smiles to the beaming personalities and straight forwardness of the doctor's. I highly recommend both dermatologists : )

Dr robertson is useless, I've been seeing him for almost a year and my face looks worse than before. Listen to the reviews and find another dermatologist

The most ignorant and rudest Dr. I've ever met in my life. Had to leave quick before I burst into tears and sit in my vehicle for a while before I could drive home. I'd never go back to this place again.

I've suffering from Eczema since I was a baby and nothing was able to control/stop the itch. Yes, many dermatologist (I've seen about 20 in my lifetime) have prescribed cortisone creams and ointments that never worked. I was hopeless and ready to cancel my appointment thinking that Dr. Adam would be the same but he wasn't. He immediately knew that the current medication I was on would not calm and control my eczema. It's been less than a week since I've seen him and my eczema is under control. He's very to to he point and doesn't make chit chat, but he knows what he is doing. He was able to control a 40 year old skin problem in less than a week. He's very busy and has a full waiting room, so he doesn't make small talk. If you have eczema and nothing has helped, you should see him.

Had to wait 70 minutes to see the doctor.

Even if you have an appointment be prepared to wait at least an hour and a half. Not sure what takes so long because the doctor dows not spend more than 3 minutes with each patient
