It’s nice to have a store nearby for our son’s soccer needs . We got great customer service from all the employees and they took their time helping us find the right cleats for our son. We also loved their selection of jerseys and the fact they can be customized! We’ll be back for sure.

Smaller store but has a great selection of clubs in multiple countries and national team gear. Was able to find an awesome Manchester city wind breaker for a Christmas present for my dad. The staff was friendly and helpful!

This is a response back to the owner from my husbands review so you can get an idea what we encountered. We understand that there is a shortage absolutely that’s why we have been very patient and waiting for our product that was missing from our original order. What I feel is unnecessary is the fact that again we were lied to. A parent advised me that the product arrived at your store two weeks prior to our inquiry we waited patiently to see if you would ship before we called since we received no email that the missing item shipped we called your store. The person we spoke to on the phone was claiming that the product showed up that day which is not what we were told. He advised us in order for me to get the item quicker I can stop at the store cause shipping it would be longer. Because your store is out of my way and I paid for shipping already I asked them to ship my product. He advised me it be shipped Thursday. I noticed I got no email confirmation that it was shipped so I called on Friday and I was told your personnel never showed up at the store that does your shipping and that he’s be in Saturday and it be shipped then. So on Sunday I saw no confirmation so I called the store and I was told that actually we received our product, I told them no that is not accurate so in order to clarify I drove to your store to have a discussion in person and I was greeted by your personnel that made me seem crazy to even stop by and inquire about my missing product because he kept denying that your shipments are not in the back of the store that the product gets shipped from the warehouse which originally when I inquired about my product that was missing I was told I can come at your Rochester store and pick it up at any time but this individual told me that you don’t keep your product in the back so tell me how am I supposed to understand when again no one seems to have their story straight.

I bought a Nike strike ball for my son, it turned out the ball was defective the valve did not hold air for a minute as it was deflating as fast as possible. If the manager is reading this is there any way I could get a replacement or refund?

Professional service and hard working staff. Employees knew their merchandise and fitting requirements. Well stocked with uniforms, jerseys, shoes, balls..

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Good selection of everything and our go-to for cleats for almost a decade now.Update: we recently had an issue with some cleats and the Manager went above and beyond to make it right. They really let us know they value their customers. Thanks again!
