How I was charged 300$ for cleaning service that took less than 50mins is beyond my understanding.My first cleaning ever was here about a year ago costing me about 200 and a year later the same clinic charges me 300$+ and an X-ray that was frankly unnecessary and I left not seeing much change, polishing that took less than 5mins and with bleeding gums. The ‘dentist’ was very passive, rushed me out and instead of engaging in a conversation and asking about my teeth all he did was complain throughout like he knew any history about my teeth. Unbelievable!The staff are friendly but something is not right! My school dental insurance burned just like that.

So sad to say that they charge so much just by cleaning my teeth...get their service last 2021 to used my insurance coverage, 5x appointment by just cleaning my teeth for the month of September 2021 not even last for more than 30 to 40 minutes including waiting time per session..everytime I visit them i need to pay certain amount that total to $ 225.05 ( 5x session ) besides from my insurance coverage. After that cleaning session I don't get their service anymore coz I know they can clean my teeth for 1 (or maybe 2 session) like my previous dentist but they need to extend it to 5x session. Now Feb. 2023 they message me saying I still owe their money..what? After more than 1 year.. and said they will send it to collector if I don't pay them..to much bad experience..to much payment...really unhappy customer..so sad this happen to me..all I want is to clean my teeth..

I was looking for a new dentist close to home and I am so happy I found this office. Excellent experience from my initial call with Angela who is so helpful, efficient and attentive to details to Zane, during my initial visit, who explained everything as he went along during the cleaning. Definitely found my new place to go and will switch my husband and son as well as recommend to other family members and friends.

Staff and dental team are incredibly warm and kind. They are easy to work with they will identify and put any issues into context regarding how urgent the care is.I was a patient before and after I was given benefits from my employer. Both before and after, the team was very cognizant to ensure that nothing was added to my bill until they explained why they were doing it and obtained my consent. Both my dentist and hygienist frequently checked in during the visit to make sure I was comfortable.I would 100% recommend to Humber students and staff (and members of the community - I'm not sure what their patient policy is).

I love Campus Dental! The hygienists are all super nice and efficient, and Dr. Trotti is phenomenal. I’ve never felt so listened to when at the dentist (or so relaxed). I have very sensitive teeth and gums so have always put off the dentist, but here is the first place I’ve felt listened to: they go slow and pay attention when you need extra freezing/breaks, etc. And Angela at the front desk is amazing, she always looks out for you in terms of insurance, booking appointments, etc. 10/10 recommend.

The dentist Dr.Trotti is the best I have ever seen! She is a professional at making the experience as painless and comfortable as possible. The ladies in the front are so sweet and kind every single time. My hygienist was wonderful as well, and upon my first cleaning she also made me feel comfortable and ensured a enjoyable experience. I was slightly traumatized by my last dentist, not only did the staff here help change my mind, they also won my heart ! Thanks for doing what you do.

From the wonderful front desk service to my sweet dental hygienist Lindsey and Dr. T's incredible job, this clinic is by far the greatest dentist I've ever visited. Due to a traumatic dental encounter, I've avoided dentist clinics ever since. This dentist office, on the other hand, really transformed my outlook and attitude. I received excellent treatment, and the staff were attentive to my concerns.I'm thankful to have discovered such a wonderful group of people that genuinely care about the health and well-being of their patients. Overall, this campus dental has well exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't be happier!

I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned here for a few years now despite the trek from East Toronto. Staff is always friendly and pricing is not astronomical.

I got my teeth cleaning done during 2020 in pandemic months. The staff was not only very knowledgeable, but they were so kind and professional. They really worked around my schedule as being a student and what I am actually covered under. I wanted to shoutout Angela specifically as she went out of her way today to ensure I was referred to get my wisdom teeth out directly with the Dr in my area and not the ones their dental facilities are partnered with, and then followed up with me afterwards to confirm. I can't wait to come back to this location to get routine checkups as I had the best dental experience at the Lakeshore location.

Ms. Angela sent me a reminder 2 days prior to my appointment, it was much appreciated. Mr. Zain provided excellent service. He explained the teeth x-ray procedures to me clearly. Overall, it was a great experience. Thank you.
