I paid BurnIt approximately $3100 during the summer for a STUV wood burning stove installation; however, screws were left out, the fire rope was not correctly installed (it now needs to be replaced), STUV tag wasn't affixed, etc. When asked to rectify these issues, Burnit bizarrely denied installing the stove via email and then would go on to engage in shouting matches via phone. Really unprofessional. I would stay away from these folks.
