Had a great time building my gaming computer with the help provided with the knowledgable staff that works here. When I first came into the store I was treated like they really enjoyed the prospect of helping me build a computer not because they want a sale but because they enjoy computers. The gentleman at the Technical desk help me pick the best parts that where available for the best price. All In all I cannot say enough great things about how well I was treated if you live in the area and want help with your computer needs please look into them .

Worst experience I've ever had at a computer store.I brought my laptop in with an AC adaptor that was beginning to have issues charging the laptop. Instead of helping me find a new adaptor, they took the laptop in the back, bricked it, and then sold me a removable hard drive with all of my laptop's contents.They of course tried to sell me an ancient relic to replace what they had just destroyed. Never going back, and will never let a friend go there.

We've bought my mum's last two computers there and have been really happy with the service provided. They just sold her what she needed and have given her a bit of help over the phone a few times over the years with a a couple of small issues. Great customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of Dan Madison coming to my home on behalf of Tyendinaga Computers to upgrade my Xplornet internet. Dan took a great deal of pride in his installation without seeking personal praise. Once completed you could see the work that he put in to install the receiver in a inconspicuous location on my home and hide the wiring needed for the installation. He then proved the new speed of the upgrade and ensured my connected devices would all receive the same speed. I certainly recommend using Dan Madison from Tyendinaga Computers as I have attempted to contact other installation providers and never received a call back from both Barrett's Satellite Solutions in Stirling Ontario and De Castris Electronics in Belleville Ontario.

My computer life is PERFECT due to the expert sales and service team at Tyendinaga Computers!! Their superb products, knowledge, service and support is absolutely over the top. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

This review relates to my experience with this company in 1995. Had issues with my CD-RW burner back then in my desktop. They took it in and cleaned the dust that was building up in the case which helped. Didn't charge me anything either. Good folks work here.

These are the smartest guys around…meaning all of Belleville! Initially I tried one place that was close to home where they wouldn’t answer the phone; when I showed up and told them their phone was going to machine they never corrected the problem. They went bankrupt.I then tried a place recommended by my neighbour as an expert. He could upgrade my software but never solved my problems: getting all emails into one outlook box for 2 computers, a WiFi connection for a suborn computer and the release of disc from the other one.The emails I resolved myself by comparing the 2 computers. But more importantly this brings me to Tyendinaga specifically Paul. The disc problem was resolved by a very tiny hole in the drive and the Wifi was resolved by the addition of a cheap adapter.Sounds easy but that was what I was happy to pay for (in no amount of time) and others didn’t resolve.Congrats, back soon, Steve.

I have been waiting to have my Xplornet issues resolved. It has taken almost a week for a service call. When the time arrived, I was called to say it was too windy for a service to be done. I respect that, but the next appointment wasn’t rescheduled until 6 days later, not the next day as I would have expected a responsible company to behave. This extremely poor service has prompted me to go elsewhere for my internet provider.

Great service. Had a quick look at my laptop and answered my questions. Kind of knew it was beyond repair" but nice to get a second opinion. I know it was only 5 minutes but still thankful he did not charge me for it."

Extremely helpful staff. Not a huge selection but still some cool stuff there. Prices are pretty comparable with other electronic stores but you don't pay tax here. I was just there to check out the computer stuff but I guess they do repairs and seek TVs and cable boxes there too.
