New location just open with 20% discount. Chickens are made to perfection, juicy with lots of crunchy skin. Highly recommended honey garlic chicken and rose dabouki.

Hands down, this is my top go-to place for some real korean fried chicken. Bb.q Chicken is a franchise from Korea so it can't get more authentic. I absolutely love their Cheesling flavour chicken and their Soy Garlic chicken. It also comes with radish to reset your pallette. The breading on the chicken is so subtle you won't notice and can barely taste it. Suggest dine-in instead of takeout though, it's much more delicious when it's fresh.

Absolutely delicious! Crispy and a wide variety of flavours. Super impressed with this Korean deep fry as it sooo good. Prices are quite reasonable at about $20/order of 12 pieces. Heat is nice too, not overly, but lets you know you are eating some heat. Will be returning for sure and happily give this one 5 stars.

What a surprise! New location close to my place. Stop by this mall for package pickup and discover bbq chicken opened new location in Richmond Hill. I ordered cheesing bone-in Chicken and spicy rice cake to go with 20% off for grand opening. Looks like this place not only offer chicken fried chicken but also fish cake soup, cheese ball and even soju! Highly recommend ppl who close to this location.

I placed an order through the bbq chicken app at Friday night, but couldn't find my order when I arrived.staff were embarrassed, but the staff's handling was great. There were many customers waiting, but they cared about my order as much as possible and served drinks and snacks while waiting. They asked me for my phone number, I left my phone number, and they sent me an apology message once again. I already forgot the situation because the chicken they made was great fried chicken.- The staff is so wonderful, service is top notch. Very easy to find their location, service is great and the quality of food is what makes us keep coming back!

I want to start this review off by saying that staffs were all nice from taking the call for pick up and handing me my order. That’s the one star for.Other than that, disappointment cannot describe the utter disbelief that I have with our order today. Yes it had 8pcs as stated in their menu but wow at least most of those pieces are bones with barely any meat on them. They barely put cheesling powder on the chicken too. They used to put a lot on the chickens but this time, it’s barely there. I ordered here when they first opened and the chickens were perfectly made and each piece had ample meat on them. From then on, our orders just goes downhill and we still gave this place a few chances by thinking that maybe it was just a bad day. But enough is enough… I understand that inflation is high but the quality of the food does not justify the cost.Please do better with your quality of food. Do not serve your guests bones with barely any meat on them.
