The place was gorgeous and clean. All Covid precautions were in place. Very friendly staff. Our stay was amazing and we had a great time, however the services offered at the resort felt a little bit outdated. It wouldn't hurt having different menus or updating the meals served.

Do not order a gift card. Totally incapable of providing this service. Waiting 5 weeks, nobody knows who handles it, despite taking the money. Manager has a full inbox, so you can't even leave them a message. Been ghosted 5 times.

The hotel is showing its age. It's damp and not the cleanest. Upon arriving near 2pm, our rooms weren't ready. We were given our golf passes and told to check in after. We made a reservation at this time for the restaurant for 8pm. I had two 2 bed rooms booked, and was given two rooms with one bed and a pullout couch in each, and no other rooms available. We went to the restaurant only to be told we had no reservation and there was no table. After a few minutes they did manage to seat us. The food was subpar, namely the chicken Alfredo and the hot turkey sandwich. Breakfast was buffet style, and was ok, but laid out in such a way that it was very congested to navigate. If it wasn't for the stay and play package, we would not stay there again.

Fish was fresh and cooked well, came out not quite hot. Desserts are mostly homemade, chocolate cake was delicious.

The room was clean and the bed ++ comfortable.lots of towels bathroom was pristine. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The only complaint is the noise of the AC. It sounded like a plane taking off .also the telephone wasn't answered when I called to front desk.Other than that it was and enjoyable stay

Love this course with its generally good condition (fairways can be sparse and the rough with spotty grass leading to balls in pocket-like divots) and exceptional greens. The course is more challenging than what the slope indicates due to the wind which is more hurtful than helpful on most holes and the doglegs that increase the distances, especially on the Par 4's. It would be hard to find a course that has Par 3's that are more memorable, this is especially true of #8 and 18. The folks are friendly and accommodating. It certainly surpasses Humber Valley Resort despite the reputation of the latter in terms of overall conditioning. Its listing in ScoreGolf's top 100 a few years ago was well-deserved - just a pleasure to play!

I want so bad to like this hotel a lot more than I do - the location is beautiful, it has wonderful amenities, very clean rooms and the staff are top notch - but I just can't get past the fact that it's a very tired, worn out building. The beds are old and way past their prime, the doors and floors are worn, and whoever thought laminate floor through the common areas of a hotel was a good idea... well it's not. Disappointed too that the pool wasn't open until the middle of June despite being heated and indoors.

Save your money and don’t stay or play here. The resort is in need of a major renovation. The 1970’s fixtures with 1990’s decor just don’t cut it. The golf course has some picturesque holes, but the greens were very slow. The fairways are quite narrow, which isn’t a problem, but many of the fairways are sloped, causing your drive to bounce into the trees. Then there is the “General Manager”, Ryan, who is on a power trip. He prioritized the revenue of a wedding by allowing the bride and groom to take pictures on the 18th tee while groups of golfers were forced to wait. If I could give this 0 stars, I would.
