Brimley Wenlock X-Ray & Ultrasound

This is by-far one of the best experiences I've had with imaging in a long time! Everyone receives you with genuine compassion and support. The place is impeccably neat as a medical space should be. Truly grateful for such wonderful people and I hope this place thrives!

This lab is nice and clean though the lobby is a bit small and the chairs are torn. The changing area is clean and they use disposable paper overcoat - which I prefer for hygienic reason. Moreover, the front desk lady and the technicians are both very friendly and patient guiding me every process. I saw from other review about the front desk lady, but I found her very pleasant and accommodating. I would recommend this efficient and friendly lab.

Worst experience. My wife went here for ultrasound and they diagnosed her with some problem that wasn't there.Had the go to another lab only to find that she was just fine. They can never imagine the trauma they had caused.Zero experience or skill at what they do.

The young asian nurse is passive-aggressive; she spoke very fast and with a very thick accent forcing me to ask her to repeat what she is saying multiple times. She claimed that the technician had no time and wanted to leave, although when I sat for the ultrasound, the technician was in no rush.At some point, when I replied to her comment about making an appointment before coming in" with "surely"

The facility is very clean and organized. All the staff are truly professional and courteous which is hard to come by these days. Took my senior mother here twice and she's treated with full respect, swift and caring service each time. I came here for ultrasound and X-ray on Sat myself. Both Erin and Wendy were so caring and thorough throughout the entire process!!! They both told me my reports will be ready for the doctor on coming Mon.! Unbelievable service as many other places may take 1-2wks for the report to be sent. Thanks the Brimley Wenlock team for the superb service which is so valuable in reducing the stress and anxiety of any patient.

I have been here and the receptionist is super sweet so is the technician Sharmeen. Very responsive and the space is kept neat and tidy. Would recommend to anyone looking to get ultrasounds done.

I normally have imaging done at Sunnybrook Hospital or another clinic, but the wait times were too long, and I was able to get in faster here! I didn’t mind the location, and was surprised at how efficient the process was! The staff were professional and courteous, and the technicians were knowledgeable, very patient, and gentle. The results were sent quickly to my doctor. Parking is also free, since it’s in a small plaza uptown!

I dont recommend this place anybody… recently i had ultrasound over here as i am pregnant after 2 hours i was bleeding.. as the technician lady was too hard with me. Best is to go hospital for ultrasound.. today is 4 day i am still bleeding
