Absolutely spectacular detailing shop. Brought my Mercedes in for a ceramic coating and couldn't be happier. Paul is an amazing guy and really loves to take care of cars. His passion is evident the moment you speak with him.I then got my second new car coated and once again, perfection. He took his time and meticulously made it perfect. I have lived in many cities before but Paul and his crew are simply the best.I have now got my third car coated and wrapped. Absolutely pleased!Very, very highly recommended!

The who's who" of Halifax cars. 2) The excellent communications throughout your visit. Especially appreciate the texting back and forth."

Customer service was amazing!!! Paul and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and they take the time to explain the process and allow you to go out on the shop floor to view their work. This place is truly incredible. I took my 92' SC400 here for a full exterior detail, and I was floored with the result! On top of the results, everyone I interacted with was very patient with any questions I might have about the process and how to maintain the paint going forward.I truly can't recommend this place enough, and they have experience doing any kind of car and any age of car judging by what's been in the shop the few times that I went. If you're looking for exterior detailing, this is the place to go!

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Hooked on Detailing, and I must say that I was quite impressed by their attention to detail and exceptional customer service especially from Paul and Chris. From start to finish, my experience with HOD was nothing short of terrific.First and foremost, the quality of their work is simply outstanding. My car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor by the time they were done with it. They took great care in every aspect of the detailing process. The meticulous polishing of the exterior was exceptional. It was clear that the staff take great pride in their work and strive for perfection with every vehicle they service.In addition to the quality of their work, I was also impressed by their customer service. These guys are top notch just like their website. They are car guys that really care about your car’s appearance. I like to wash my own car and I wanted paint protection film on the front end, and ceramic coating on the whole car, to make hand washing easier with no need to wax. They did a great job with this. They even instruct you on the proper way to wash your car to maintain the coating and keep swirls and other paint damage to a minimum. They do everything from show cars on down. You don’t need a show car to go here. If you care about how your car looks they will take care of you no matter what you drive. Your only decision is whether the price is worth it as it is not inexpensive. They gave me a few extras at no extra charge. They even corrected some omissions. In my opinion they, and my car, are worth it.

We had Paul and his team apply Revivify Graphene Pro to our 2022 Acura TLX Type S. The result is absolutely amazing. Paul and Craig were both there to answer any questions and have been fantastic to deal with. They obviously put customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities. We have received numerous positive comments from both friends and complete strangers on the finished product. I would highly recommend Hooked on Detailing to anyone for the quality of work and customer service, they are second to none. I will definitely be using their services again.

I can’t say enough great things about the level of service that Paul and his team gave me. Started with a consult and an appointment booking. When I brought my car in they treated me with such respect and the attention to detail was like nothing I have ever seen. And I have had many of my cars detailed….this place is the cream of the crop! The team was friendly. And my car!!!! Was pristine! Every nook and cranny was spotless.And all my friends know how hard it is to impress me with cleanliness!!!But what really impressed me is that everyone that walked in got that amazing level of service!! Got my XPEL Ultimate full body PPF done on my Model 3 by hooked on detailing . Right from getting me booked to getting my car detailed and wraped, Paul guided thru each step and also gave me a detailed walk-thru of product and procedure . I felt like being treated like family . Really happy with the work Paul and team did .I am feeling really happy to get my car wrapped and protected by full body PPF and the work done by hooked on detailing
